Overall service was great our waitress was phenomenal! But it the manager or supervisor made the experience kind of disappointing. We walked through the door and she was shuffling through menus to hand to the seating host and she commented that she was “so over these r*tarded menus” super offensive. Very inappropriate considering it was super packed for Mother’s Day and there were kids everywhere that could have heard. I am thankful that she said it in front of us and not someone who happened to be mentally handicapped that would have been absolutely awful and degrading. Choose a better word to describe your frustrations man cause that was super inappropriate.
Enjoyed a nice breakfast there. The waitress was efficient and friendly. Nice staff. We had the pancakes. They were stacked six high, didn't think I could finish all that, but I did. It was delicious.
Busy Saturday morning, but we were seated rather quickly and food arrived hot and to order. Our waitress was a real worker and watched after us very well. Hats off and thumbs up to Loretta
Pancakes are still good but I feel like the store has lost its touch. One of the things That made the place stand out was the verity of syrups on the table and boysenberry isn't a thing any more. Been a few times and never a bad experience. Service is always helpful and friendly
The best pancakes for the free sign up for the birthday stack and I really recommend you sign up for the birthday free pancakes. Waiting was a bit of a surprise, but covid is hitting every aspect of life, so I understand. Staff was very respectful and quick. Loved my pancakes!!
We had a wonderful waitress which is can make or break a dining experience for me (and of course the food)The food was delicious and served in a timely manner. Overall good experience.

IHOP at Valley view is very fast. As far as service, They are always respectful and deliver fresh hot food any time during the day.
