I would give it less than 1 star if it would let me. Come in on Tuesday night around 6pm. Not to busy but most of the food was empty and where there was food on the buffet was burnt. After about waiting for 20 mins for them to bring new food from the kitchen before we can eat. Then that food was bland and not season or taste. The price has increased and they offer less food on the buffet and the quality of food has lower.
Update : More expensive,More Empty, and worse & worse,, Everything to Minimal much more empty containers of food food is worse as taste and I think cleanliness too,because I have a stomach ache for two days...Disappointing by all means?Save yourself and family,please read before even thinking to go!!In points :1.RAISED PRICES ,claiming food prices are raised worldwide(only for them) While "Golden Corral,Cicis,Red Palace,......and all other Buffets still same regular prices & didn't chrink the buffet...2. Inventing a ridiculous way of paying in Advance as soon as you enter the place."Not A theater..3. Too much food reduction with a lot of empty food containers, & a tiny bad Salad Bar,and sweetsAll for no Excuse Or Reason "specially after raising the prices..4. Styrofoam plates,Cups (CANCER causing and environmental harmful) and Plastic Forks which is so annoying eating with..while other Buffets are normal.. it's only about saving workers coast..5. Food is Not Fresh at least it's overnight". And some are cold.6. No Ice Cream " using false excuse of Covid,which is nonsense,that all food is anti-Covid Except Ice Cream. LoooooL..7. Very DIRTY Bathrooms,no cleaning whatsoever!... What about the KITCHEN??!!8. Very Crowded(specialy dinner),no Covid health department regulations, No social distancing at all..So they became so "GREEDY" and bad,in a time they should offer every thing good to attract customers Not decreasing the buffet as much,raise Prices,and save cost of workers for dishes and cleaning..For good buffets : Any other buffet became much better then this one...I have some reviewes..
The best thing about this place is the hibachi. You throw all the raw food on a plate and they cook it up for you with the sauce of your choice. You don't even have to get rice or noodles with it.The sushi rolls are on par with grocery sushi if you get them when they set them out. I don't eat it.Kids like the desserts and ice cream.Truly it's ok for the $15 per person but definitely not worth what they charge for kids!
Welcoming friendly and we got seated fast. The food was fresh hot and delicious. The price for the buffet is very reasonable. My husband and I love coming here.
Some foods are bland like the green beans, the rice but some things are amazing like the chicken wings, best fried chicken wings hands down, the crawfish which is my favorite is always spicy and delicious. They was serving cold food at a point but seemed to fix the issue which is nice because nobody wants cold food! However 1 thing I love is the staff! Great Customer service beats everything in my book when it comes to business ! The waiters are always on point, with plate removal, requests etc. Me and my children will always come. My kids also love the Ice cream.
Won't go back I found it to taste terrible. That definitely wasn't lo mein noodles. The hot food was cold the cold food was hot. But who am I to say they make you pay before you eat so you can't get refunded for terrible service and food. But I won't go back for sure.
One of my favorite hibachi restaurants. Always hot and tasty. Worth it every time I come. The waitresses aren't really friendly but food is ways great, besides the stale desserts. Each on I tried I spit out. They were super dry and tasteless like they have been sitting out for days. Otherwise I love that place
The food was very good, but after the coronavirus, the owners or managers removed food from the menu and raised the exaggerated price of the food. I think it is not fair.
$15 for dinner and this place is a joke. 3 of the food lines closed due to "national shortage" but no one could tell me what (because there is no shortage, they're just lying to save on food cost). Hot lines are barely hot and food is cold by the time I get back to the table. Ice cream machine is off, of course. Best thing on the buffet is the pot roast. Pretty much says it all. Should've gone to Golden Corral.I can see why they make you pay when you walk in. If they let you see the food first you might leave.
Hibachi, not what once was but still good. Pay as you enter, choose your table/booth, pick your food from the hot tables (minus two), choose your raw toppings for the hibachi grill. The hibachi master still knows his stuff. Food is great and fresh food taken out consistently. I only give it a four stars for the higher price for less and the bathroom cleanliness not keeping up with the best which leaves to wonder what other areas may be the same. Service was great and drink refills were on point.
