Takes an extra long time to get order. They charge for everything small, rude front desk person every time, you have to check your order on the site as they leave things out. I would not ever go back but my parents are hopeful they go back to how they used to be. They really don’t care about their customers!! Not like they were! Don’t make a mistake, been eating there for over 15 years and now it’s time to go somewhere else! They left out my order of hush puppies today . Don’t go eat here, you will be cheated.
We had a recommendation from our Hotel (Hampton Inn). My wife and I had seafood which was excellent. Our waitress was amazing !! She was in constant motion and had excellent explanations of the items for Dinner.
The service and the food were enjoyable. I loved the scallops but should probably have ordered the larger shrimp. The taste was good but the batter was more prominent.
Best seafood in Roanoke! The Shrimp, Hush puppies, and coleslaw are worth it! The staff were so kind and personable. If you like seafood and visit Roanoke, this IS the best!
We used to eat here often and it was always great. We decided to get an order to go tonight and we were given ROTTEN fried shrimp. Absolutely DISGUSTING. Not to mention the portion for one meal was fine and then the other was very very sparse for $17.50, which I guess if the other option was to be served spoiled seafood, I’d rather have a sparse portion. Don’t recommend, not worth the price or possibly getting sick from the lack of concern for the quality of food they’re serving their customers.
Food was delicious. The waitress was exceptionally professional. Wonderful service. I was with a party of 4 which consist of twins. The waitress waa so kind and thoughtful to us. We will return ?♥️
Got takeout, Terrible quality. Received spoiled jumbo shrimp for my wife. You can smell them through the container. Deep fried and battered to pass off the smell which doesn’t cover anything. Also for 17.50 pick 3 I received 6 oysters, one peice of fish and one crab cake. When they are listed in the website as “crab cakes”…. Terrible portions. This place used to be the best in the valley, it’s fallen quite a bit. I have eaten here for years and the portions used to be significantly bigger. Now you get charged more for way less. I will not be going back and I don’t see this place lasting much longer with the management and owners they have now. Sad.
By far, my favorite seafood restaurant. Fried Oysters and Cold boiled baby shrimp... With the best tartar sauce in the area. We live 2 county's away and go at least once a month.
I Rather WAIT for good hot food then to open up my carry out and SEE, Cold Hard Unflavored seafood. I am Upset and Disappointed. I knew something wasn't right, gave me my meal in 5 min. Pre cooked and Old
Service was great! Our waitress made us feel right at home. Unfortunately, the food was terrible. I hate to say this about a restaurant but it was diner style seafood. Maybe we’ll try again another time.
