The Deluxe Calzone is so good! The folks and service are great! Never been disappointed.

Previous times this place was great! The last time I called an order in and my husband went to get it. They somehow convinced him that our order was correct but we were missing a dish. I had to drive back over there to puck it up. It was ready when I got there but when I got back to the car and checked it, it was STILL wrong. I was very frustrated with just this one interaction
I've eaten here for over 20 years.The meatball sub is for sure on my top 5 list. Calzones are fine and the pizza is a nice change from New York Pizza.Nice staff.
I have enjoyed all food items from baked spaghetti to the pizza and the subs all were great. I will keep on coming back ty Frank's for the great food.
Called in order, they said 30 min. Got there 40 min later and they never even started it. This is strike two, at least the first time they gave me 10 percent off and an apology. This time NOTHING... After waiting for another half hour I just got the, " here ya go". And while I'm on a roll... NEVER, EVER EVER put salad dressing on an Italian sub.. (Or mayo on a cheese steak)
I’ve never had a bad experience! I do see a lot of people dissing the garlic cheese bread and honestly it’s not great, BUT that’s the best not thing I’ve ever had that I didn’t like other than the sliced sausage they use. But that’s on my personal tastes fault and not anything they did wrong! We love the Special! It’s so much pizza!!! The fried mushrooms are tops!
Been here 3 times. Last order I got a take out order for a steak and cheese, side of onion rings. They put Mozzarella cheese on the sandwich and the whole sandwich lacked seasoning. Onion rings were almost cold when I ate my first one 1 minute after getting them. Their pizza is okay. Staff is very friendly!!
I ordered an $80 order from here. I ordered a steak and mushrooms sub for my husband with only steak, cheese, and mushrooms. The label on the sub says no L O T. He's allergic to onions. I call back and complain about it and they tell me that I have to call back tomorrow to get it fixed. So basically I spend $80 for my family to eat and now my husband can't even eat dinner with us. Plus not to mention they hang up on me and when I call back they answer and hang up immediately. It's safe to say that I'm serverly upset!
