Not sure if my food wasn’t handled properly or what but was given food poisoning 04/11 after eating a burger and fries at night on 04/10. I know it was from this food since I had only eaten a bagel early in the morning on 04/10 before a double shift. Just be cautious when you order from here.
Hamburger is a small and small fry. Lots of food to eat, freshly made while you are there. Food hot, fresh, people friendly and place clean.
This place was CLEAN! Everything looked brand new even though they've been here for years. The burgers were perfect (and messy like I like em.) The fries were fresh and tasted great. They have a coke products soda fountain that you can make your own (non-alcoholic) drinks. Staff were all energetic and super friendly. We were greeted at the door with a friendly "hello," and the cashier spoke to us like we were old friends. Everything was great. Even the restrooms were super clean. Great job overall with everything. I highly recommend this burger joint to anyone in the area!
The food was fantastic place was very clean and the employees very friendly. However, anyone coming to five guys should be aware that their prices have gone up. Expect to pay the better part of 20 bucks for a burger fry and drink.
We ate dinner here on 2/18 and it was delicious! The guy working the register was really funny and engaged with the customers. That’s just something you never see anymore and it was really refreshing to see. Best burgers and service!
Best decision I made for dinner in a long time. Great service burgers were perfect. Loved every bit of it.
It was mediocre food for a very expensive price. Family of four three hamburgers one grilled cheese and two orders of fries was $74. In my opinion Wendy's across the street is just as good for a tenth of the cost.
35.00 dollars for 2 cheese burgers and a large Fri hamburger patty was super thin fries were soggy was the first time eating their and will be my last food was terrible all the signs they have up advertising how good their burgers are they were even in the bathroom is very miss leading
Stepped in to purchase 2 fountain drinks and it was $5.85 for 2 cups of ice with fountain drink soda. Couldnt not imagine and was to scared to order anything to eat for afraid i wouldnt have enough to pay for me and my friend!! Never again will i darken your door stoop because i am to broke in todays economy to waste your time.
Waited 30+ minutes for a dbl cheeseburger & fries. They let the original order sit behind the counter for 20 mins or more while handing out other orders. When I inquired about my food they asked if I wanted them to remake the order… No, I like my $20 burger plus tip served cold. 2 pm, not crowded, 4-5 people working - Not a staffing issue. Capped off with “Sorry you had to wait…”. I’m sorry my food order interfered with your social time. My bad. Won’t happen again.
