Service was great, portions are large and worth the cost.

My Greek omelet was a little bland as were the potatoes & rye toast was unbuttered. My son & granddaughter had grilled chicken sandwiches what ch they said were average but the pesto pasta salad & potato salad were very good. My daughter-in-law had gluten-free peanut butter & banana French toast which she said was very good. Wait staff was masked which I appreciated.

Staff is so sweet and friendly and food is always so fresh and delicious

Great atmosphere and delicious food. We had a brand new server and she was right on top of things. The special blue crab omelet was amazing!!! It was very busy on a Saturday morning but so worth it.

Service was phenomenal! No specific assigned server. Everyone helps out. They have a great menu, lots of options. Savory, sweet, healthy. We weren’t very impressed with our food. Didn’t taste very fresh, eggs and potatoes were a little under cooked. $50 for two plates, black coffees and water (including tip.)

This was my first visit to an excellent breakfast restaurant. Food was delicious and the staff was extremely professional, kind and responsive. Kept my coffee and water full without asking! Very pleasant experience.

When I ordered the crab salad sandwich I expected more than some mysterious pink salty goop with a hint of crab flavoring with some barely tossed on lettuce between two pieces of dry overcooked bread. 20 dollars, for that? Seriously? The owner replied very speedy to my review and offered a credit to the meal, will be going back soon to try the food again. Thank you Dave, I appreciate your response!

Everything about this place (except the menu prices) has gone down the drain since the new year.Wife couldn’t eat a second bite of her omelet. Didn’t really look like an omelet, especially after it burped an entire can of the slimiest (frozen) spinach without anyone moving it.I couldn’t convince her to send it back so we left. Even the staff member that rang us up suggested zero tip after seeing the food (we sat a long time waiting to order and our server had still not come back since).I thought my wrap was okay, not as good as it normally is, not the treat I look forward to about once a month, but still okay. Yet I’m writing this from the toilet I ran to as we got back home while my stomach argues otherwise…My guess is that the good cooks and attentive wait staff all left for better paying jobs now that Roanoke’s food scene is growing again. The ones that remain all looked in a constant state of chaos and confusion. This place is full of tipsy country club Karens on Sunday so I imagine it also has a high turnaround. For a $25 brunch, today’s was dissatisfying. First Watch it’ll have to be next month.

We visited this place with family. We had 9 people and only had to wait a little while for them to push some tables together and then we were sat.My kids loved the waffles with whipped cream and berries. (Sorry I forgot to take a before picture of the waffle).)I got a special: crab omelette with sour dough toast and the potatoes. The omelette was delicious and the toast with butter was good. I asked for the potatoes to be well done because I like the sides to be crispy but they were soft and the same as someone else’s order so they didn’t do anything special. My husband liked his food and added chorizo to it. Overall we would go again. I would order fruit or something else for my side though. I tried two potatoes and didn’t eat the rest so they got wasted unfortunately and I am not a fan of wasting food. :(

Really nice place for breakfast. Generous portions and not your run of the mill selections. Prices were fair and staff was courteous and professional. I would definitely come back when I'm in town again. Perhaps I will try their lunch menu. They are only open for breakfast and lunch so get there before they close. Plenty of seating and the decor is very tasteful. I can see this being a huge success if it already isn't. Very popular on the weekend.
