If you’re looking for the best Italian sub in Roanoke, look no further. I crave these, we eat here at least twice a month. The salads are also phenomenal, just tasty af. 10/10 would recommend
Our go to when ordering food online. Calzone always awesome and pizza great. The app Slice is also fantastic. From ordering to delivery hands down one of our favorite places. Updates from order to delivery by text and drivers always pleasant and wonderful.
Good food good price and people. But one pizza get one free all sizes. Tasty too.
Great prices on pizza and friendly staff fast workers and take pride in there food bring right
They are good but their subs don't have much meat and they put lettuce and tomato on their Hot subs the lettuce is wilted and the tomato is soggy and if you don't eat it right away it's ruined you have to throw the bread away
The food here is awesome! The staff is also very friendly! Keep up the great work guys!
The neighborhood is very concerning. But the food is amazing. Just park go in and get your food and get out of there as quick as you can. Always friendly staff and very very good food. We recommend the wings
Came by Emilio’s once with my cousin who lives in this bad area..the food was good but employees are rude. I was talking to one of the guys here, and I mentioned I graduated from Harvard. He refused to believe me, rude. I guess there’s not many Harvard graduates living in Roanoke. People have a hard time believing me when I say that.
We were visiting from out of town and needed quick and easy dinner to appease the whole family. Unfortunately, something was lost in translation with the app and our order showed up wrong. After a quick phone call, our order was replaced quickly and correctly. Customer service was astounding!
If it were possible to leave 0 stars, I would. Terrible customer service, not by the employee, but by the owner himself! My partner and I stopped in to get their BOGO pizzas and when we got home and went to take a bite, the stench of the meat was terrible! I hesitantly took a bite and the taste was awful! The bacon and/or ham that was used on my pizza HAD to be out of date. I called 4 times to get a refund and the owner refused to give one. Offered to have it remade with the same meat, and got aggressively angry when I told him that would not suffice, and that I want a refund since I’m not going to ingest the horror that I was served. I would highly advise to avoid this pizzeria at all cost. I’m also making calls to the health department to ensure something is done about this, seeing as how it’s a privately owned business.Edit: Notice even in the response he still refuses to fix the problem. I will not be visiting this place again. My partner is now sick from eating the pizza here.
