I absolutely love this place. Even with delivery, they are super quick and they give you so much for your money. I will always vouch for them!

This was my first time going to El Rios. Great customer service, delicious food, a lot of options. I was too hungry to pay a lot of attention to what each dish was, or whether they do delivery etc. I would imagine they do take out. With it being off 220, it would be logical. I had chili relenos, taco and refried beans. Great prices too. And several ramps along the sidewalk for various businesses in this mini-mall, so wheelchairs, walkers and canes will be easily accommodating for those who use them.

Have friends that like to go there because they are native Spanish speakers... Sadly the food is mediocre at best, while the drinks could only aspire to mediocrity - seriously, the owners need to invest in a $5 bar tender manual Cuz this place needs some serious help. Ended up with a $100 bill for so-so Mexican food, and beverages that were impossible to enjoy... Many other choices in the Area where your money would be better spent

Ordered 5 tacos. While feeding my 4 year old I found a chicken bone about a inch long in the shredded chicken taco. Very scary and lucky I found it. Only given a partial refund when I asked to speak to a manager. I used to love this place but I will not be returning and I posted a picture of the bone so others can be aware.

Absolutely horrible. Got take out...it was under cooked and soaking WET. It was like they forgot to drain the oil after frying the hamburger and just plopped it in the container. Paid $5 for dip, they gave me 2 tablespoons, I kid you not and the salsa was only half a container. What a joke. Don't waste your time, not worth it.

Always nice staff. Food is always fresh and the volcano is simply amazing be ready to eat!

First time to El Rio on a Monday night. Two waitstaff, low traffic. Arrived with a party of four. My menu had food on several pages, sticky. Several dirty tables that took 20+ minutes to clear. Ordered a chicken burrito, got beef. Food was fair at best.

From the outside to the dinning area this place looked great. My girlfriend and I felt rushed to order since he was asking our drink orders before we even sat down. We both work in the restaurant business so we know how a restaurant and how guests should be treated. We ordered two appetizers to start, nachos and Spinach dip. When the nachos came out they were clearly microwaved and the plate wasn’t scorching hot and it was just motz microwaved on top with a drizzle of queso. We waited 25 minutes on the spin dip. I had to ask three times about the spin dip in a timeframe of 45 minutes. He brought out bean dip with no chips. I corrected him. He then came out with both of our entrees with the spin dip. He went to two different tables with our food before he realized it was ours. I ordered enchiladas, they are supposed to have a soft texture, no theses were hard. Clearly microwaved. We then both witnessed a very dirty trash can that contained chips that they were filling their “heated” chips container from this dirty trash can. Totally gross and unsanitary. We also were not able to distinguish who our waiter was as we had over 3+ people come to the table. One of the gentleman who came to the table seemed to be a busser as he was too young to be a server and we witnessed him on multiple occasions wipe his nose with his hand and touch menus and plates and dishes. Just disgusting. We asked for our check politely just wanting to pay and leave because we are hungry and not trying to get sick and he walked away and then back again to tell us it was free. It was quite disappointing and we ended up going to the chain we work at for dinner because honestly anything is better than that experience.

Went to pick up Uber eats order. Was noticed by three different employees and not one of them spoke to me or asked me what I needed. I even had one walk past me twice without saying a word to me. Lobby filled up while waiting. Hostess couldn't seem to handle much more than answering phone. Food smells good, but don't come here for the service. Money taken out of my pocket because their employees don't want to work hard.
