Second order in a row that wasn’t awesome!!This time though, we only got one pizza. A whole entire pizza is missing, it is not here and that’s not ok. Right now are eating one pizza while on hold (with awful music) to ask where is our other one ☝?So idk guys. We can’t come all the way back out to pick up half our order you didn’t give us! Maybe you can deliver a fresh one?
I placed an order and paid online. Waited almost 2 hours and received a call that the last driver broke down and they were unable to deliver. When I offered to pick it up I was told that it has not been made and given some lie about they make orders right before they go out the door and they were no longer making anymore food. Now I have to wait up to 48 hours for a refund. THIS IS THEFT
They don’t wash there hands I have also watched one of the employees arguing with a customer that was in the building if you want better service go in the morning before dinner
1st time to this location. Food was ready and delivered to the car promptly. Great service! Fast and friendly for a Thursday night. Food was still hot when we got home - which was even better.
They charge a Delivery Fee, the majority of which does not go to their delivery person, so customers must then add an additional Tip. Ends up adding $10 to an average order.
Walked in before 10pm by the time someone had time to speak it was 10:02 wouldn't take my order. Said stop taking carry out at 10pm. Poor customer service.
Just in town for the night and my boyfriend and I ordered for delivery all of our food was hot and delicious plus we got a pan crust pepperoni pizza which is what I ate and saved my sub for tomorrow!! Great service great food!!
After traveling for more then 3 hours I ordered a pizza online while 10 mins out from my hotel. I Cleary didn’t have a room number yet because I haven’t checked in so I listed room 1 and then called in to explain what the situation was and that I also had trouble ordering a second pizza online. If I wouldn’t have called in they clearly would’ve showed up. I had already paid and everything and clearly wanted the pizza. A rude employee named Kendall answered the phone and was beyond less then helpful. In fact she canceled my order saying that it was a safety hazard for “her” driver since I didn’t have a room number yet. Even though I explained why I didn’t have the room yet and that I was clearly wanting the pizza since I had already paid for it along with a 25% delivery tip she completely canceled my order. Completely rude, completely ridiculous. I will NEVER purchase from this store again. The real reason was because it was close to closing time and they knew by the time I called back in they wouldn’t deliver. Wish I could have left 0 stars!! Learn customer service Kendall!
The pizza is well prices and always on time.
