Horrible service. I ordered a cake online for my son's graduation and had a confirmation. I went to the store only to see a sign on the door with the date (may 25th) saying that no one was there due to low staffing. We had no cake for my son's party bc of this. I then called the store multiple times the next day until I finally got a hold of someone. They said that they had to close the store quickly and "had to put up an old sign on the door" (funny how it has the correct date if it was an old sign) and I could get the cake today. They had also put the incorrect name on the cake. I told them I didn't think I should have to pay full price for it and they said if I didn't want it I did t have to pick it up. No apology and no offer for any kind of discount to make it right. This place has definitely lost my business.
First time ever having a meal from DQ definitely tastes better than most fast food joints, had the chicken tenders that came with gravy? Never had gravy with my tenders but it was pretty good ?!!
I would rate five but there is something about Dairy Queen ice cream that just destroys me.I don't know why but every time I have gotten ice-cream from dairy queen, and it's not even just dairy queen, it is every fast food restaurant but dairy queen was the worst, so I was helping my grandfather put new flooring down in his basement and at the moment we just got out of the storage unit and we decided to go to dairy queen and I ate my blizzard in his truck so I could help him when he gets done eating, I was about to go help him and my stomach just went (RRRROOOAAAHHHHAHAHAH) and I just knew it was my time, so I rush into the bathroom just trembling in horror from the extreme pressure put onto my rectum just barely making it to the toilet, throwing my pants off and just letting it all out and it came out in little liquidity bits for 30 minutes, and the whole time I was just mumbling under my breath "oh God oh God oh god" and I have never trusted dairy queen ice-cream since.
Didn't get what I ordered. Took it bk inside. The manager had the cook come talk to me. He gave me two coupons for free meals. At least I though it was when I went bk to use them the very nice girl explained I couldn't use them because it was for just getting a free Sunday.? And no manager is still yet to call me bk. Make sure you get what you ask for before pulling off
Site said dine in but it was drive thru only. Couldn’t go in to place an order. Paid extra for lettuce and tomato and didn’t get it. On other order ask fir no Mayo and it was covered with Mayo. Ice cream machine was down also. No hot fudge anyway. Offered dilly bar instead We eat here often but this was the worst ever.
The bacon cheese grill burger was good not great.Not worth $6.42 for just a burger. I'd much rather have a Whopper or even a Mc double. Much less $ and taste just as good.
I frequent this Dairy Queen a lot and service has always been excellent but today it was horrible. The young man working drive thru was rude. We ordered almost $20 worth of food and our order was completely messed up. The burger had so much mustard on it, it wasn’t edible. We weren’t given toast with our $7 meal deal, I never received my sundae with my meal, my hot dog was soggy and we ordered a pecan pie blizzard and got something that wasn’t pecan pie. Went by this location earlier and while my boyfriend was ordering, I seen a rat run from over near the dumpster area. Not only was there 1 rat, there were TONS over in that area. Also, another one came from out of the pile of rocks and ran right underneath my car. By this point we were both in total shock and disgusted. As soon as we reached our destination, the food we ordered went straight into the trash. I will NEVER come to this location again and I have let my family and friends know about their rat infestation as well. I don’t see how their business is always packed.
You either LOVE Dairy Queen, or driving by is no big deal. I happen to love Dairy Queen! I can find more things at a DQ that I enjoy more than any other ice cream/ fast food place that I can think of...Love smoothies? DQ makes great ones, and will add in things like a fresh banana if you so desire.Like Milkshakes? I don't think that I have ever gotten one at DQ that didn't "hit the spot"!Feeling naughty? The Peanut Buster Parfait, Hot fudge sundaes, Banana Splits, Dilly Bars & incredible ice cream cakes are so luscious that naughty turns to nice! Want something thicker than a milkshake but not as hard as ice cream? Pick any one of the Blizzards, and you choose the mix-ins! Fabulous on a hot OR cold day!Need some real food? The chicken strip basket with cream gravy is outstanding (although I could do without the toast and fries! If you're like me just order however many tenders you want and make SURE to get the gravy!)Hamburgers, Coney Dogs - plain or packed - all do nicely for a dinner on the run. (If my dogs are with me, they INSIST on 2 plain hot dogs, hold the buns...)Staff is always pleasant, orders almost always right, and while the dining rooms are slowly reopening, I'm a drive thru fan, myself!One thing I feel that Dairy Queen can guarantee: you WON'T get a bad meal or dessert from the DQ!
