I love me some cookout! The food is good, and it's affordable. The menu is large, but the staff were helpful in offering suggestions. Milkshakes there are very good! Restrooms here are clean and stocked. The drive thru line is long during peak hours,, but there is usually no one, and I mean no one inside the store, so avoid the line and walk inside if you're pressed for time. The store on hershberger rd. is open till 2am on weekdays, 3am on weekends I'm fairly certain.
Always a pleasure coming to cookout....milkshakes are the bomb.com. my last visit they messed up my hot dogs but they remade them when I went back up there. Glad they opened back their doors. Love them ! Wish they would partner with a delivery team !
I was very impressed by the speed of service. The line wrapped out around the back of the gas pumps, and it was a slow start, but once I got closer to the speakers, things picked up really quick, and at the window, those employees were working hard! I really admire what they're doing, it's a lot of intense work, but they were smiling all the same :) plus, food is yummy and a bargain!
Typical Cook Out. Very clean and modern looking. Very fast drive thru. 40 different flavors of milkshakes with special flavors offered at certain times. Always great customer service with a smile and a thank you. Great prices on Great food. Love the double drive thru! Easily accessible with small parking lot.
They have messed up my order the last 2 times I've been there. I called about it and they sent me a free meal coupon!! I liked that. Otherwise, I love it. Delicious!! BBQ sandwiches with no Texas Pete. Plus, French fries with chili and cheese. Mmmm
They get the job done! Chicken quesadilla and walking Taco are quick but very tasty items instead of just burger and fries all the time. Line is always wrapped around but they definitely get you through with speed
Pack your appetizer!Being a leader in the fast food industry cook out has it figured out! Being the best comes with challenges.. place is always busy! Even with two drive through lines it can be tuff wait... so I recommend pack an appetizer!
Went Through the drive thru with my boyfriend the person taking orders was rude and was not paying attention to what I was ordering he missed a whole tray with my order I noticed the total was different and told him it was wrong. Then when we got up to the window the lady handed my drink to us damn near upside down almost spilt them did not greet us and I was missing ranch and the Cajun fries have so much seasoning on them we can not even eat them I have never had such horrible service in my life I am very disappointed
Later night Snacks. The drive thru was backed up but they came out with a plan to get the cars moved through.Service and food was delivered quickly and on point. Delicious and filling as you've come to expect. Nice job.Will certainly stop in again when that urge over takes us.Thanks. !!
It was okay. I ordered a tray with a burger, chicken wrap, fries, and a Dr. Pepper. The burger and wrap was good. Frys were cold. I may have to try it again. Only because the main parts of the meal were good.
