Dirtiest chipotle I’ve ever been to. Every table was filthy, trash cans over flowing, dirty soda area, and the staff apparently had better things to do than work. Honestly I was expecting to get sick after I ate there but luckily for me I survived to write this review!

Stores hours say closing is at 10:00. This evening they were ignoring delivery guys at 9:15 and started cleaning up at 9:20. They locked the doors at 9:30 even though they had food. They said they ran out of tortillas. The staff were making food for themselves at 9:34. Hope I can take this review down after they consistently stay open during their posted hours and provide good service.

Pretty good food. I have only been a couple of times and there was one instance where the staff messed up our order twice, but over all I like it.

I'm not sure why this Chiptole only has a 3.7 rating. I've ordered pickup from here many times and the order is always correct. The food tastes great and is ready on time.

Girls doing my bowl were very rude. Going up and whispering in each others ears. As I was sitting down they continued to whisper about me (girl with butterfly tattoos on neck)

One of the worst chipotles I've been to. The employee helping us had a terrible attitude and gave very small portions.Thankfully there are other chipotles I can go to In my area with much better service.

The four of us had lunch from here today. The two that had the new plant-based chorizo both suffered from “stomach issues” in the afternoon. I may return to this Chipotle, but I’ll never have this chorizo again.

Staff was very friendly. Had no problems adding my free food from my Chipotle App. Went through the line very quickly. Got a salad bowl to go and everything was very fresh tasting and great. No complaints. And the dining room was clean and bathroom.

I came here at lunch hour and they would not sell me an adult size quesadilla because it's supposedly not on the in store menu. Because the area on the left is where they make online orders and they can't walk ten feet to fulfill a customer request. The girl serving was polite but the heavy set female "manager" was loud and rude in response to my questions. They made my son's quesadilla out of half an adult tortilla but would not make an adult tortilla into a quesadilla for me and charge as two child size ones. This is literally a technicality and they would not do it: the company is enforcing horrible policy, and it is badly enacted. I ended up getting a bowl and the brown rice is only half cooked.Chipotle corporate needs to change policy or I will be boycotting and never go to any chipotle again. The problem with the brown rice is routine, it is made wrong in almost every chipotle I have been to in Illinois or Virginia. Likewise the refusal to provide a simple customer request.

I placed an order for a chicken quesadilla and steak burrito bowl at 8:50 PM for a 9:20 PM pick up. I arrive at 9:18 and cashier says they are waiting for rice. I step to the side and wait 10 mins for “rice to be cooked”. I watch numerous people come in after me and receive steak and chicken items. I ask the status of my order and the “manager” loudly and bluntly says we are out of chicken and steak. My response, no one could told me that while I was standing here waiting? His response, no. Next question, can you process refund? No, contact customer care. I ask for his name, no response. I get it’s just chipotle but Chipotle corporate seriously needs to review this location.Long story short if you like dealing with pure incompetence and “not the brightest in the room” by all means visit this location. If not, better service is at colonial location. You’ll see why.
