Went through the drive thru on June 10, 2022. Order was taken quickly. I asked if they served coffee at this time. It was 3:51 pm. I was told yes, but you will have to wait for it to brew for about 5 mins. I said that would be fine. Pulled up paid in cash and then pulled up to the window. The drink girl said are you sure you want coffee? I said yes! It will be 10 mins because we haven’t started it yet. They were hoping my 86 year old father who had spent the day at the VA hospital would change his mind. I was asked to pull around and park and they would bring it out to us. I did as I was instructed. After 10 mins. I went inside to see about the coffee. No one ever made it. One lady with a dark sweater asked if they had parked a car for coffee and they said yes. She asked why they didn’t tell anyone! No comment. The two girls at the counter were not swamped with orders at this time. She started the coffee. After another ten minutes She brought me a cup to the counter, I asked her if she had added the cream and sugar, just cream handed me sugar, I then asked for something to stir in the sugar with, and she handed me a spoon. No one apologized for their poor communication skills or for my long wait, not even an offer for a larger cup. I felt as though I was the thorn in everyone’s side for them not completing the order correctly. Why sell coffee if you don’t want anyone to order it since it is a bother for you to make. Cut the sale of coffee off at 10:30 am like the chicken biscuit. The chicken sandwich, nuggets, and milkshake was fine.
Gave my food to someone else ... took me to see just one other vehicle there..they left & had to go into the restaurant to ask about my food waiting in line behind 3 other customers. Had to wait for them to fill my order Barely said I'm sorry. This is the third time at this restaurant they have messed up my order. Picking another restaurant to go to.,
I can never find a negative thing to say about this Chick-fil-A. The staff is super friendly, the food is always fresh, as is evident by the line of cars stretching across the parking lot and out into the street nearby. The employees are always good about getting and keeping the line moving. So even with a line of vehicles that stretches to the road, the wait is never extremely long. Every fast food restaurant should take lessons from Chick-fil-A!
Always On Point!From my experiences this location has the friendliest staff and always gets your order right! 10/5 if I could.Story Time:Last night one of their sweet employees offered me a pup cup for my doggo which was really nice of them! I placed it in the center console and drove off happily with dinner. As I was driving home I couldn't help but wonder if that was an endless cup of whipped cream (he was going to town for like 5 minutes) and that's when I realized he had seamlessly transitioned from his pup cup to my frosted lemonade! Needless to say he was bouncing off the walls all night ?
Absolutely love the curbside pickup through the mobile app and all the freebies we get with that food is always delivered to the car quickly and nice and hot the fries are always fresh I go here all the time ️ ❤️ Bonsack is by far the best Roanoke location... Wish I could say the same for the Valley View locations
This is easily the worst CFA location in the Roanoke and Salem areas. Much rather go 2 minutes down the road to Bojangles for any meal of the day. Slow service, orders usually incorrect, and food is usually not good.
Ordered 3 30 counts nuggets using the app. They were ready when I pulled through the drive thru. Friendly staff and efficient drive thru.
Girl with hat was rude. Worst breakfast i received from this location. Ive had better from bojangles!
I went in the morning and got the Chick-fil-A biscuit meal which came out kind of fresh, my hash browns weren’t that hot but other than that it was pretty good. The people at the window seemed like they were having a bad morning which is understandable with it being so cold but hopefully they can fix that.
Fast. Lovely staff. Great service. Most of all food was delicious.
