I ordered from this Chic fil a because they had the best reviews in the area. I got some catering to feed my bridesmaids on my wedding day. Well, somehow my order didn't go through online. It wasn't an issue for this place. The manager stepped in and placed the order and had everything out within 5 minutes. Glad I picked this location, they earned all their 5 star ratings!
Great staff as far as I can tell but I never thought I'd get bad food from a Chick-fil-A. While visiting Roanoke my son purchased breakfast for me one morning. My chicken biscuit tasted nothing like any other Chick-fil-A biscuit I had ever eaten before. I couldn't even eat half of it, it tasted so bad. Unknowingly a few days later I purchased lunch at this same location. Same thing. Chick tenders were the worst chicken tenders I have ever eaten anywhere (rather eat Long John Silver ones) and I wasn't able to bring myself to finish them. No idea why or how this location is altering their recipe but it is not your typical Chick-fil-A.
Ordered two children's meals one was bagged with no entrée. Good thing I ordered as well. I'd prefer to do neither but I chose making a statement over making a scene.
Best chick fil a I've ever been to. This one is closest to my house so I am a frequent customer. They have never messed up an order. I don't even check the bag anymore before pulling away. They are also super fast in both drive thru and curbside.
My favorite place to eat. They have the best drive thru. Your in and out in no time at all. Love their chicken sandwich and waffle fries and best Dr Peppers in town
Went through the drive through just a few minutes ago. I wish I remember the man’s name who took my order..I wanted two 12 count meals large & we said we wanted ranch and Chick-fil-A sauce..we got our receipt he gave us regular sized meals & just Chick-fil-A sauce & had a very very poor attitude.
It always amazes me the level of proficiency that chick-fil-a shows in their drive thru. Like if we used that in half of the other things we dealt with, life would be so much easier. Food always tastes good!
Check your order before you drive away. The food is delicious, the service is generally fast. The employees are very friendly. But so often they miss parts of your order. Just check your order before you leave.
Bless the folks who work here because this CFA is soooooo busy and chaotic. It's dog eat dog in the parking lot and road outside of the cfa drive through but of course once you get in line the employees have a way of orchestrating everyone and getting peoples orders out fast and correct!
I love Chick-fil-A. Today must've been an off day. The lady showed up at my car with the order and didn't verify the name, didn't greet me, just showed up. Didn't say my pleasure. And today the tea was weak and the kale crunch salad had no flavor and the chicken nuggets didn't seem fully cooked. The breading kinda smeared off of half of them as I was getting them out of the box. Hm. Mondays?
