I got my whopper meal home to discover that my sandwich was absolutely coated in salt and pepper. I even scraped it all off and still couldn’t eat it. I can’t imagine this was accidental. No one puts them at salt and pepper on something accidentally. The blacks smears on the one picture is all of the salt and pepper I scraped off of the burger and the bun. And I still couldn’t eat it.
The 2 people working were very polite and trying but they were only 2 working. I had to wait in line for 37 minutes just to get food then pulled out before realizing I didn't get fries. Lobby closed so had to knock on glass. Girl was very apologetic and obviously working as hard as she could. Got all way home and was missing one of 2 orders of 8 PC nuggets and 1 of 5 burgers I ordered. If there's not enough staff then why even open?? I know why, because the owner obviously only cares about the money
There were two cars in front of me at the drive thru. Took 30 minutes for me to get to up to place an order. Had to wait for another 15 to actually place said order. Then had to pull around to the front and wait another 30 minutes to get my food! I could have sat down in a restaurant and eaten before I got my food. No one should ever go here.
Normally I would say that this is the best Burger King in the entire valley, but there were some issues this time. The staff was as nice as they usually are, and of course the restaurant just as clean. The food was served hot, but the burgers seemed way overdone. I was shocked, and hope that this hasn't turned into the normal there, I will try again later; maybe it was just a fluke.
I prefer Burger King to most fast food options but Roanoke has no good burger kings anymore. It’s not short staffing that is causing the problems at the Franklin Road location it’s very bad leadership that is leaving this place with employees that don’t care. 27 minutes in the drive through is already awful but the fact that you are trapped due the the drive through design is a special type of torture.
Totally amazing the gm there is so sweet always has a pleasant voice and ive never seen a worry on her face. Even when she has. No employees and she is running the whole store. Tammy i believe her name is
I've been at this restaurant after appointments on three separate occasions spanning several months. Wait times are average, but the quality of the food is great.(Think getting a crispy chicken sandwich, and it being ACTUALLY crispy)Fries have been literally straight from the fryer, with some of them still sizzling.Drive thru is tight access to the window, but is manageable. Semis cannot fit.
I've had no bad experiences with this location yet. I don't recommend going to the drive thru with a large vehicle. It gets kinda narrow when you drive around. Service is quick. Gets busy at lunch time like any other place.
I waited in the drive-through. I could see two employees outside smoking. The car in front of me never moved. I finally gave up and left. Service had been going downhill. That's my last try at that location.
The store was clean and had an inviting atmosphere. The staff was friendly and the food was delicious at a reasonable price for fast food.
