We always have a great waitress, Taylor, she is the best.

I highly recommend this place. My bartender Sarah is phenomenal. What an exceptionally kind, considerate and accommodating bartender. This is rare in this day and age. Just a very gracious person. I travel so I've become accustomed to the short-staffed restaurants and the "COVID disabled" mindsets. It didn't exist for me here. I can't tell you how refreshing that is. The food was great. Happy Hour is better than most. I rarely post a long review. I will if a place goes above and beyond or just doesn't care. You know where I sit by now...

Three stars only because of the great service we received from our bartender, Jesse. My husband and I came in to watch the UNC v. Duke game Saturday night (4/2). While sitting at the bar, there was a younger guy looked to be a manager, who kept going behind the bar and distracting the two bartenders. While my husband was outside smoking, he overheard the same younger guy tell someone that he was “only 19 and so messed up.” Like I said, the service and food was great. We just felt a little uneasy with the young man and wanted to make you all aware, so you are mindful of who you have running your restaurant.

Buffalo Wild Wings is great place for A dinner for 2 or 12Prices are good waitresses are amazing. We had Rachel she was great no request was to big.We had adults and children.Definitely go again!

After discussing various dining options for dinner tonight, we settled on B Dubs. I have fond memories of this place, way, WAY back when they had 35c wing Tuesdays my family and I would come and it was always a great experience. Unfortunately, after this third terrible dining experience I will not be coming back. It's super unfortunate because the experience could have been saved had the service had not been so awful.I have worked as a server for about 15 years so I do understand how things go and that there are things that are out of your control as a server. However, as a server who took pride in what I was doing, if I ever saw that a patron was not eating their food I would have asked if they were enjoying it or if something was wrong with it. I also would write down people's orders so that I don't forget things. The first thing that happened when we came in was that we were told that they were out of a lot of food items, and I know that that cannot be controlled, but it was a very, very slow night and it makes me wonder how they could run out of so many items on such a slow night. It was such a slow night that servers were frequently walking around complaining loudly for everybody to hear. Then my dining companion ordered a beverage and was carded for said beverage but then never received it. I have a four-year-old son, and when we were told that they were out of the only thing that he really wanted, which was macaroni and cheese, he settled for a quesadilla. I ordered him a quesadilla with only chicken and cheese in it and what I received was a quesadilla that was full of shredded chicken and had about 15 shreds of cheese per section. He was not happy with his quesadilla needless to say. I asked for a side of queso to try to make it more palatable for him, but it didn't work. I was unhappy with my wings and I only ate one. My partner wasn't crazy about his but he did eat a couple. I asked for the check and no questions were asked about if we enjoyed our food or if we were unhappy because we hadn't eaten. I asked for a bag to take the boxes with me because I was hoping that maybe tomorrow or the following day we might get our appetites back and that maybe we just didn't want to eat because the whole experience was so negative but I didn't ever get a bag so I had to go up to the front counter to ask for one.Overall this was an incredibly disappointing experience and one that we are definitely not looking to repeat yet again. It was not worth the $80 that I had to pay. Honestly I don't think it was even worth $50.I'm editing this review to add a couple of things that I have thought about that I did also want to mention. Not only did my dining companion never received the beverage that he ordered, the same thing happened with the man who was sitting behind us and he eventually asked another server to get him his drink. I also wanted to say that our server, Sarah, was nice enough and everything, but she was so incredibly inattentive and either completely missed or just did not care about the obvious signs that we were unhappy, such as not eating the food as I mentioned before but also asking for the check less than 10 minutes after getting the food. It's so disappointing that this place has gone so downhill. I actually spent a few months working there when I was a teenager and it was a lot of fun. I know that times are really tough right now for restaurants. However, I think maybe one thing that should matter to people that work in restaurants is caring about if the patrons are enjoying themselves and having a good experience because that's why we go out to eat in the first place. Unfortunately I think that it's become commonplace for servers to just not care anymore because people are still tipping well regardless because everybody feels bad about the whole pandemic so you can get away with doing a horrible job and still be rewarded for it.

I was disappointed when we got our food here last night. I can look past the not so great service considering they were busy and short staffed (like everyone else), but how does that justify not checking the food before it leaves the kitchen? After waiting a hot minute for our food our wings came out with hardly any sauce on them (see pic). We even asked for EXTRA sauce to begin with. When our server finally came back around to check on us (someone else brought us our food) we asked for extra of every single sauce as there’s like nothing on our wings. She was nice and got it for us fairly quickly. Again, I can look past the not so great service considering the world these days, but it’s super disappointing to see such lack in quality.

If you want little to no service and cold french fries, then this is the place for you! We ordered and 45 minutes later our food finally arrived. Apparently it had been ready for quite awhile, but no one to bring it to our table. After that, it was all downhill from there. Dining out is such a crapshoot anymore it's not worth the trouble or expense. Sadly, "covid" is now the universal excuse for everything, including not being able to hire enough "good" help to run a business.

Wednesday lunchtime at 2:00 and the place is running at less that 10% capacity. I counted two servers one host and one bar keep so I knew service was going to be slow. Sure enough we waited in the almost empty bar area for 15 minutes before anyone showed some interest. My wife ordered a bean burger and fries and I ordered 10 wings with a side of fries. The bean burger was acceptable but the fries were cold and inedible. My wings were clearly cooked the day before, doused in sauce and microwaved. They were dry, chewy and pretty unbearable. I was spared the fries experience as they never arrived. To add further insult the gift card I was given for my birthday was "not readable" and "there is nothing that can be done". BWW used to be a fun place for good food and good beer but let me tell you people, never again! As a side story I checked my gift card on the website only to be told that it is an invalid or closed account so Happy Birthday me I guess. Now here is a prediction. A computer generated reply will say;blah blah supply chain problemswah wah Covidnobody wants to work anymore. Please fill in another form and we will immediately forget that you ever existed.People stop wasting your time funding these corporations that don't give a jot about you. There are plenty of fun Mom and Pop stores to get decent food.

the wings of course they are delish

I ate dinner with my family last night my waiter was very friendly but the food quality was trash. Then I over heard some employees being loud and making racist comments saying black people don't tip. So I asked my server who was talking crazy and wowww I couldn't believe it she told me it was the general manager named THERESA! She needs to be fired! This is absolutely ridiculous it is 2022 and she should not be in management if she can't respect everyone and who they are.
