I started a new job about two and a half months ago and one of the places that is close to us as well as other places is BWW and our usual Friday lunch pick. The service is good, the food is good, though depending on the cook you might get a little less but still just as tasty, obviously. Tables always available even if it is just enough for our crew (by the way, we take lunch at 11:30 to beat the crowd -lunch smarter, don't waiting over an hour- [tip], which also brings me to the four stars. They can be a bit slow as far as food preparation and readiness but we always like a longer lunch on a Friday right?. Along with a $7-8 occasional beer and chatery as well as great sports over head, it is a time well spent $$.
I come here every week if not twice a week and will no longer be visiting this establishment unless it’s too sit at the bar basically. Not until something is done about the patio policy. It is disappointing that everytime I go there I have a issue with the same server starting stuff every time. Or the food is such a small serving size compared too EVER OTHER LOCATION. When will this place get a grip. I will say all of the other staff I have met and management are amazing. CHANGE YOUR PATIO POLICY. Hire more people like Dylan, chance, Olivia and Katie.
Cashier Hope wasn't really nice or welcoming at all... when I received my order half of my wings was not in the bag. Glad I checked to make sure everything was in the bag when I got to my car or I would have been upset to find out when I got home... also just to let the Cashier know that ice cream does come with the chocolate Fudge cake because when I asked about it while I was waiting the rest of my wings she told me that it didn't.. I looked it up on the menu when I got home and seen that it does comes with some vanilla ice cream smh... thanks for the great experience but don't think I would be ordering from there anymore. P.S. I did try to call to talk to the manage about what happened but I was placed on hold for over 32 minutes so I gave up.

This place was super crowded, I figured we wouldn't get a seat! We only waited about 30 minutes! The waitress was running everywhere and did an excellent job! It was a great time, and I would highly suggest the Mango Habanero wimgs!
Service here is improving. Wish they would buy a bigger building or expand these Bdubs like some of the others we have visited. With the number of customers that this location gets it's very much needed. Aways love their wing and finally cheese curds.
I ordered a chicken wrap with mild sauce. It was still to hot for me. The made me a double size salad in to replace it. Wonderful service and food.
It's too bad the Thai Curry sauce will eventually be phased out, as it's a limited time one, jut if you have a chance to try it - and don't mind the heat - go for it! It's not just hot for the sake of being hot, there's some great flavors there. These wings were particularly crispy at this location, so an extra reason to visit!
Was with friends. Got there around 10:30. Told it was going to be a 10 minute wait. Was seated 30 minutes later and was told to go back and wait again. By this time people behind us were sat and served. Manager and Staff were very rude. They stop serving at 11 and we were forced to leave. Drove 20 minutes to go eat here and was treated poorly.
Waited 20 minutes before we got anything to drink. Ok, got over that. Ordered our food. Waited 40 more minutes for that. Not uncommon, but the food was cold. For what you to pay for the food. And have it come out cold sorry no that should never happen. Seems like every time we go to this one its always something. Never again. Done.
