They get backed up really easily, it seems like and the parking is impossible if they do get backed up. It's also hard to get in and out of this location, because of where it's located, it's a blind curve on either side! The food is average for fast food. They sometimes skimp on the size of the chicken tenders. They used to be bigger and now it's hit or miss. They should also give you more than one sause packet when you order the new 5 PC. The fries don't have as much seasoning as they used to either. The biscuit lately seems overcooked. I'm not sure if they revamped their prepping process, but everything seems slightly different and I'm less and less inclined to eat here
Missing food and the food I did get was cold. When I went back they wouldn't replace my borounds because I took them home and had to drive back out there. If I come back maybe they can pay for my gas for having to make an unnecessary extra trip.
Haven't been in a long time but I will say that everyone was super friendly. Food was very hot and fresh. Didn't get the ladys names but super nice. Very clean store as well.
Went through the drive through today and ordered 2 chicken sandwiches, got 2 Cajun chicken sandwiches I could not even eat and did not order. The worst part is there was a hair in the bag. Tired of throwing money away.
Fast,friendly service. Biscuits are nice and soft.... this Bo's has the best biscuits of any Bo's I've been to.
So just got bojangles tonight, they didn't give my coleslaws or ask if I wanted any sauce, didn't ask me what kind of teas I would like. Almost forgot to give me my sandwich and drank. To think I spent $60. And the app wouldn't let me place the order before hand.
I’d rather starve to death than ever put money in the pocket of the repulsive slime of Roanoke , Stan Seymour. Anyone who wants to waste tax dollars suing an animal rehab is disgusting. Bojangles is trash anyways.

Supposed to be open until 10. Myself and several other cars tried to go thru the drive thru around 9:30, and you were already closed. Bad business practice, and you lost several sales.
Always a great experience with friendly staff! The chicken has gotten smaller but probably due to food shortages. But it still tasted great!
