My 1st Time out of town and the chicken was pretty good as well as the dirty rice. The biscuits are serious in a good way!! NY loves it and when I'm visiting again, I'll be going back.

4440 Franklin Rd SW, Roanoke, VA 24014 - Stopped for a biscuit today around 12:45 PM. Was hungry but no time to cook, with a major home task to accomplish, and this Bojangles was on my route. Sausage, egg, and cheese biscuit was very good. Everything seemed quite fresh. I could go for another one! Service time was very reasonable and the young woman I interacted with was pleasant.
Tried to visit on a high recommendation from a friend, but the employee said they were closed when we got there at 8:40pm without an explanation. Two weeks ago the business confirmed on Google that they are open until 10pm. It is my last day in town and I’m very disappointed I won’t get to try a bo-berry biscuit before leaving to head home to Idaho.
The fries are always old and have no seasoning each time I go. I always have an encounter with one lady in particular at the window. She is always rude and unfriendly, but today after announcing to the entire inside of the establishment my card “ declined” I called my bank to see what the issue was, when manually entering my card number the lady put in my wrong card number causing the decline. Very embarrassing and handled extremely poorly. I would be ashamed to own this restaurant with the staff it has.
I like the Cajun chicken biscuit. That's my thing here. Consistent tasting food.
Employees all young. Show no respect. Don't greet customers. Just hand you food and shut the window. Food is cold and order is often wrong.
20 years I've not had Bojangles and it is still just as good as ever. Popeyes could never match the flavor that Bo's has.
Supremes with honey mustard is awesome.... They need to change the watery tea but everything else is great.I wonder why their tea is not so good all Bojs have the same tea...
Sucks with a capital S. Bojangles has been trying to make a comeback for decades. They are just not consistent and they are crazy enough to charge the prices charged. No more Bjangles for me today or ever.
