The ultimate authentic pizza slice ??. Pizza served hot and quickly, restaurant is kitsch too. Just what you need for a quick lunch or take away

I'm a big fan of Benny's, you can get tasty slice of pizza at an affordable price. A slice of pepperoni, a can of soda, and tip is only about $8. Compared to other places downtown in Roanoke, that's good. Pizza is tasty, pretty good, it's a good bite if you've been drinking downtown and are looking to absorb the poison, it's not gourmet so if that's what you are looking for, probably not it. Only commentary is the slices seem slightly smaller.

If they're making Rocky Balboa AND a Versace., ask for a Rocky Versace and you'll get what you see here. Solid deal and always happy eating here.

I’m a harsh pizza critic. A kid from Philly who has had the best slices in spots from Philly, Jersey, and New York. I’m often disappointed with pizza outside of the Northeastern United States, but this was not the case with Benny Marconi’s.Honestly this was one of the best slices of pizza I have ever had. Perfect ratio of cheese to sauce, crispy crust. One of the coolest things was they do a “kids cut” where they cut up a slice for kids. Perfect way to share with your kid.I can’t speak enough on how incredible this pizza was.

Place is ridiculous. If your lucky you'll see maybe 3 tables in the place. My visit had roughly 35 people present when I arrived. I saw 2 employees, no place to sit and was told it would be 2 n half hours if I wanted a full pizza but, they had THREE slices available til then. Slices are large and there was 6 of us, (4 children) so we cut them in half to all have a quick piece. One child had found a hair in theirs. The kids weren't thrilled with the pizza taste and being my first time eating there, I wouldn't rank the taste in Roanoke's top 10 at all. I definitely will NOT be back a 2nd time. However, if your desire is to wait a couple hours on your pizza, have it flavored with hair, and pay $5 a slice to get to eat it on the sidewalk...then go to Benny's!

Huge pizza pies! Also massive pizza by the slice! They make custom monthly special made combos. Very fair pricing.

We loved it here.My kids enjoyed looking at all the pictures on the walls, especially the ones of other kids eating huge slices of pizza! They wanted to have their own pictures on the wall, but maybe another timeWe can't wait to return, this was our 1st visit & it was epic

Hadn't been here in quite a while and wanted to grab a slice for national pizza day. Service was fast and the pizza was delicious. One slice equals about 2 to 2.5 regular slices, so the price point was great too!

Who doesn't love a giant slice of freshly baked pizza for only 5$? COME ON! This place is normally good ? occasionally; you might have a small issue but otherwise a good place for good pizza. 7 out of 10, there is always a long line here, so plan ahead and finding parking may also be an issue, especially around hot times 12 o'clock and 5 o'clock and after bars close. If you can carpool, have a friend drive around the block for you while you grab a slice perfect. Or pay for parking in the lot across the street if you're not lucky enough to get a space in front. DOORDASH/UBER EATS 15 MINUTE PARKING IN FRONT OF BUILDING FOR PICK UP ONLY

Saturday night I went there with my husband after a show and the service was absolutely terrible. It was around 1:15am. When I went there was two guys working. One was making the pizza and one was collecting the money. The one who was making the pizza was not wearing gloves at all and he was touching everything, and I do mean everything without any gloves. Then the guys at the register was not wearing gloves either and he was touching the food as well. So we told them that if your gonna deal with food your supposed to wear gloves so me and my husband politely told the guys can you wear gloves please because touching food and everything else is very unsanitary and nasty. There was a guy with a beard who was working and he said well the pizza is to hot to touch and it will burn the gloves. I said that’s not true, I said to him and nice was food is not gonna burn the gloves that’s why they have them in restaurants. So he had a terrible attitude towards me and my husband and shrugged his shoulders and said “ok” then with the most horrible attitude he said “ WELL YOU AINT GOTTA EAT HERE”. I said you don’t have to be rude about it. Then on top of that the guy with the beard working the register still had an attitude so the only thing we got from there was the bottle drinks so when we paid for our drinks he said $4 with and attitude and snatch the money out of my husbands hand. Just because of that terrible service, being unsanitary and have the worst attitude ever. I will not eat here ever. I usually don’t give bad reviews but this was not ok at all.
