Freebird Chicken Sandwich at Beamer's 25 is hands down the best chicken sandwich I've ever had. The chicken is huge and crispy, the pimento cheese is out of this world, and the house made pickles are outstanding. Today's lunch was my first time visiting Beamer's 25, and I'm hooked. Do yourself a favor and go visit this establishment!
We were there 4/16/22 at lunch. The restaurant was not busy and there were lots of staff in attendance. We ordered two Blood Marys to be served with the appetizer. The appetizer came 20 minutes later and the cocktails order had not been put in. Our meal came sometime afterwards and the burgers were cold and the onion rings were also. The onion rings were exceptionally dark which indicates the oil needs to be changed. Our waiter was not attentive.UPDATE: I was asked to email the restaurant with my concern (which I did, immediately on 4/12) and as of this writing, no one has read it yet.
The food is delicious, but like many restaurants, this one is understaffed. My two star rating isn't because of the lack of staff, but because of the rude blonde haired waitress/bartender. Twice, I came to this restaurant where she had an attitude and just gave the overall impression that she didn't want to do her job. Customer service is a hard job and not for everyone
Great spot to grab a burger and beer! We sat outside on the first warmish night of the year and the vibe was really great. Food was good and service was friendly:) Can’t wait to check it out this summer when it’s even warmer!
Visited Roanoke for the day, and decided to try Beamer’s 25 for lunch. Very happy we did, the food was amazing-prices were decent! David and I got there shortly after they opened, so wasn’t very busy!
The burgers and fries here are excellent. So good I can't bring myself to order anything else when we go. My girlfriend always gets the steak and cheese sandwich and raves about it as well. The service is always friendly and fast, couldn't really ask for more.
Walked over from the Virginia Museum of Transportation. Fantastic burger and fried Buffalo cauliflower. French fries were just OK. Dark beers on a friendly patio. Wait staff kept up well even though they were short.

Tasty stop in Roanoke for a classy, laid back vibe that is still casual and comfortable. Tasty smoked cheddar pimento dip appetizer and solid BLTA, but the delight of the evening was the Port Wine Blue Cheese burger with fantastic pear chutney.
The burgers here stand on their own and the toppings just make them better. They have great onion rings, the best around. This was our second visit and we can't wait to go again!
