Food was really good. Service on the other hand was awful. We went in for lunch, they weren't busy. It took forever to get anything, including refills. We waited about 15 minutes after finished our meal without seeing our waitress at all. At that point she had been MIA for about 25 minutes total. Half of the party went outside to load the kids up and she was outside smoking. Seriously unimpressed with service. We definitely won't be back.
This place gave me food poisoning really bad. I’m on my way to the hospital as we speak. So I started feeling weird after taking a few bites. I didn’t think of anything until my coworker stated she felt weird. So I looked at my meal and the chicken is raw. Now I’m on the way to hospital. Don’t recommend. ALWAYS CHECK YOU’RE FOOD. Have to give a one. It won’t let me do below 1.
I ordered the tomato soup. It was not even warm so I ask my server to heat it up some. She brought the soup back yet it was splattered all over the bowl. I am sure much of the soup splattered out of the bowl. It was extremely hot after they heated it. The last visit it was the same issue. The soup was not even warm. I could not believe the ice tea was over $3. I was not even ask for a refill. The appetizer was good.
Got carry out. 3 orders of 3 cheese chicken penne. One order I ordered 2 extra things of sauce. Waitress told me they accidentally put extra sauce on the one and gave me one cup. All 3 orders were extremely dry and the cup of sauce was only 1/4 full. The price is way to expensive for that
Good food does take a while to be seated and to get drinks or food due to them being understaffed I'm sure but for those working they are great super friendly and attentive to whatever you need.
Always a great experience and food has been excellent each visit. Better experience than the ones I've had at Lynchburg and Bedford (now closed) locations.
Our waitress bless her heart was running tables, bar and cooking we were there over 2 hours for lunch . We understood but it was hard for the kids
The food was okay, servers are very nice but they need new management honestly.
The food was great the server was even better she had a good sense of humor and was very friendly I wish I could rember her name because she deserves recognition for her service
