They’re “out” of boneless wings when I try to order the family pack. But people ordering regular boneless wings meals were fine? They just didn’t want to exert effort to put together the big family meal, so did not end up ordering anything.
Dine in is closed at 12:50pm mid day during lunch . Ridiculous that they can’t even manage dine in and drive thru. Door dashers and folks in time restraint schedule or if you’d simply enjoy dining in for a lunch. Avoid this location, this is the third time in two weeks where the inside is closed but the drive thru is open. Hire new managers with the ability to fully run a fast food restaurant , it’s simple. they claimed they were out of boneless wings, traditional wings, white cheddar bites, and spicy fried pickles. I think they just didn't want to cook any of them...
Used Go Big option. Said cokes x 2. Initially got small drinks. Then after getting Large and driving off. Realize it was Tea not Coke and on top it was unsweetened. Bad ALL around.
Food and Customer Service were great. Tenders were very small and they held back on the fries as well. Always check your order before you leave.
Ordered the kickin chicken I barely have any sauce on my sandwich I might as well Ordered the original sandwich ???
The food was fine but the way the cashier made us feel was not. I could tell he was getting annoyed with us trying to figure out what we wanted. This was my 4th time coming to this location and they didn’t have what I usually get so I was trying to figure out what else to order. I asked the cashier some questions about one of the meals that I was thinking to get and he seemed like he didn’t care to help. I just ended up getting what my friend ordered because I felt pressured to just pick something. I also asked for a large cup to get some water because that was all I wanted…. literally WATER. The same cashier kept staring at me as if he thought I was going to get a different beverage instead. This will be my last time coming to this location. As someone who works a customer service job this was an awful experience.

The staff works so hard with the cards they're dealt. Its amazing this location stays open as late as they do compared to the midlothian location , they do good too no shade to that location.
Drove all the way and they are closed because they do not have enough staff. Feel free to respond to this review if you want me to change it
