Recently tried to get a quick sandwich. Service was slow but the biggest problem I had was that an employee came in to work eating a cheeseburger. Like, walking around holding a cheeseburger from another restaurant just eating behind the counter. Not only is that a health code violation, the line was backed up and this person didn't seem to have any sense of urgency to help out their coworkers get the line down. It was rude and gross.
Delicious chicken but this particular location was out of sodas on this Saturday. I feel bad for the employees for having to disappoint customers.They said that they had Diet Coke but it was way off.
Zaxby’s needs to figure out there app. I tried to get the free sandwich when you download the app and it wouldn’t let me apply the free sandwich on the app. So I was going to scan the free sandwich at the window and this location said there scanner is broken.They said there is nothing they can do unless I had a QR code. So I said I had the QR Code and they continued to say that there scanned wasn’t working.Not impressed.
Out of chicken fingers, fried filets, all regular sodas AND Zax sauce. Honestly, I feel bad for the front-facing employees. This is not their fault. These types of issues alway point to poor management. Do better and make it easier for your employees to do their jobs!
The food came out out hot....it was so delicious which made me happier because this was our very first visit. You can put me on the list as a permenant customer.?
Three for three messed up orders. Haven’t been in a while. Got lunch here today got a sandwich with the sauces on the side they took the ranch off put the hot sauce on the sandwich and on the side but gave me no ranch. Fries cold and taste old sprite running out of syrup as well taste like carbonate.
The food is very good and there's a good menu. Chicken fingers are crisp and wonderful. My only complaint is that their meals are a little pricey and I would have liked a larger drink for the price of the meal. Otherwise I think it's better than the usual fast food places.
Chicken wings her undercooked although i requested " well done" too many kids working I there with no supervision. Cooks and food handlers in the back drinking drinks in the cooking are. I'm not a fan of cooks going to their mouths while handling food. But anyway this Zaxbys is a hit or miss
The food is good, portions are small and a bit too pricey. Location is perfect for me, however, several times, (like tonight 4/24 and 2 weeks ago)ive gone there when they are supposed to be open and they tell you they are closed even if it's 2 hours before they are supposed to close. That's how u lose customers but it dont matter to the kids that are running it.
The food is good every time I come here, qnd the employees are all pretty good.
