Terrible!! I will never order again. Broccoli was rotten, honey chicken was old and microwaved, and chicken curry was flavorless. You Should be ashamed to sell this as food...
I have been going to yen Ching in midlothian for several years….today was my last time there…. The food I picked up was terrible. The chicken tasted like paste….the vegetables were NOT fresh. Even their rice has gone down hill…I ordered hot and sour soup…no tofu in it and barely anything else Their sauce was below par… I’m so disappointed. There must be something going on or new owners. They should SHUT down!!!! I threw 95% of my order in the trash…….
Been going since 1999 but NEVER again. I used to tell everyone that you have the BEST Chinese food-but this is the second time that customer service SUCKED!!!Got hung up on after answering like 5 questions just to make sure that I knew where you are.Then got hung up on!! Called back, same guy but he starts talking as if we never talked. I ordered 3 meals, and when I call back you just huff and breath heavy, not even addressing our previous convo.We’re done Yen Ching.That’s twice
The food was stale and greasy. Do not order from this place. The best part of this order was the fortune cookie. The chicken didn't even look or taste right at all.
Never going back again. I over heard the person at the front desk talking with someone and saying how lazy black people are living off of government and that’s why no one wants to work. I really loved this place but never going back again after over hearing that.
Asked for extra spicy and got barely any spice...asked for pork fried rice and got regular rice...asked for chopsticks and was sent forks...asked for duck sauce and soy sauce and only got soy sauce. Is this a Chinese restaurant? Why do forks come instead of chopsticks? Where's the customer service?
The food was very very bland. Even the spicy dish lacked flavor. We have patronized that business for several years, but I think its time to move on.
