Enjoyable beer restaurant with a nice menu. The beer pretzel is enjoyable. They don't have yuengling, having just discontinued it. They have a nice dark Weiss, has a cinnamon aftertaste. The burger was good, but messy. The staff was friendly and attentive.
**Late post alert** I visited on April 29, 2022. I had the shrimp linguine-apparently, I was lucky to get the last one. The Korean spicy and Buffalo wing sauces mixed together and it was awesome, but they were good alone too. I knew I would love our server when I saw his cowboy hat ? and I was right. I don't remember his name, but the service was great.
This is an excellent restaurant with really friendly and professional staff. The management staff really does an outstanding job of taking care of their customers. I am always happy when I eat here. They continuously come around and check my table or place at the bar. It’s like everyone that works there is happy to help me. I love the extensive selection of beer and delicious food. Why would you want to go to anywhere else if the food and beer is so fairly priced and the staff is so chill?
Hostess, server, and staff were polite, cocktails were good, I asked the server to choose my cocktail and she nailed it with a good one. Burger with macaroni patty was very tasty. Truffle fries were some of the best I have tasted. All portions were healthy. Plenty of televisions with sports on screen. I will return soon and make this a staple place to visit when in Short Pump.
This is our second visit in the past year, visiting our daughter’s family in Short Pump. Both visits were very enjoyable. We appreciate the outside seating. Outside heaters were appreciated with this most recent visit. The rotating beer selection is quite extensive and well thought out. Something for everyone. The service for both visits was informative and friendly. We highly recommend the burgers! Very tasty and juicy on a nice brioche bun. We had the coleslaw as a side. It was OK. We’ve had better but that’s nitpicking. This is a great beer pub with a nice menu. Last visit the tacos were enjoyed as well!
Our family of four took a chance on dining here. Glad we did for sure. Great atmosphere, food and staff for sure. We were told this place had only been open for about 3 months. They sure are doing a great job.

Living so close to Short Pump, I get tired of the same old restaurants. There are lots of new restaurants around here to try, but WOB has been here for a while and we had never gone. I can’t believe we waited this long to go! Seriously a hidden gem. Their food was GOOD. The service was excellent (we had Alex!). The food came out super fast. The atmosphere was actually warm and cozy. I was just downright impressed with our whole experience there tonight. We will definitely be going back! It might be my new favorite restaurant out this way.
The food was delicious! The waiter recommended the maple flavored donuts and they were off the hook! I will definitely be returning for their brunch. I have also had their dinner menu which is also wonderful!
I've been going to the bars in Richmond for the past 30 years and this is my favorite bar at this time. The service is excellent and the way they have it set up is very appealing. There's a variety of options for seating including outdoors next to the fire pit. It is the best place I've seen in a long time for watching sports including NFL football which my son and his friends and I watched there yesterday. It has a great feel to it and is even greater when there's good games on like yesterday. Hats off to a place that goes the extra mile including during a crazy pandemic.
