It was ok ordered spicy wings and it wasn't even spicy... I could of did it better than that just being honest
Picked up order waited 11 minutes for someone from back help me while my order was sitting on counter in bag told them when ordered online and said on ticket heavy on sauce I get home with cold wings and hardly sauce on all the chicken
I always take a break from them because orders are always wrong when delivered. So today I try to give them another chance and my sauce was missing. but when I called to get the money back they want to argue with me over the phone.Then wanted to argue with me when they brought it back out to me which they suggested. I just wanted my money back. Never again.
Wing Zone is really the best for me! They went above and beyond for us! Their food was perfectly prepared and very delicious. All of their offers are worth a try. They have so delicious menu, everything that you will see at their menu is fresh, made to perfection, and really worth the price. Their place is very convenient. You can order just by visiting their place and also just by ordering online. Very nice place to spend some quality time and relax. The whole place is really nice, clean, bright, and decent. You will absolutely feel good and comfortable inside the place. They are well-maintained, the whole place is organized, and very interesting. They have awesome style and designs. Place really looks neat. This place is very accessible, they are so near to different areas and popular places in the whole city, and you can really visit this in just a few minutes from your place. If you are near you must really try this place and you will not regret it. They are so great, cheaper than others, and they have so many great offers. Their customer service is also a top-notch. Obviously they do not listen I asked for the sauce on the side and I wanted them crispy. When i got home they had the sauce on them and they were soggy. We live 3 minutes from the store. They were also cold.
Extra large light skin male calls himself a manager got nasty with me after I declined to give him my phone number! Beware ladies Duane Reynolds will get your information upon ordering and harass you.
I was able to talk 3 people out of ordering from them just today. If I can convince 2 a day I’d settle for that! The owners don’t care about what goes on there or their customers! Take your money elsewhere
They were good but now the wings are small and the price went up..wont go back..
We ordered delivery Sunday evening - our food was still fresh and hot when we received it. The spicy garlic wings were delicious!
The food is delicious which is why I give it 2 stars and would order multiple times a week from this restaurant but the customer service is trash. Because of this, my coworkers and I will not be ordering from this place anymore. Only because we enjoy the food would we keep attempting to order from here but we've had enough. You request a 12:45pm delivery and they don't leave the store until 1PM. For weeks on weeks this would happen. The last straw was yesterday not receiving my food until 1:45PM and I placed my order online at 11AM. The driver came to my office building at some time way after my delivery time request, and left $60 worth of food on a lobby bench and no call/text/voicemail of it being there. Anyone could've touched or moved our food. That was not the first time our food is just left in the lobby for us to go find it. We spoke to a manager and were told its not their fault, that the driver handed the food to "someone they've seen pick up for me before". This was not true because why would you give food to someone who is not the customer and that person leave it at a lobby bench as it has been done in the past by a driver. Frustrating to say the least but the several of us who would order weekly no longer will due to super late deliveries and how they managed this complaint.
