Very happy with the sandwiches. We got a Reuben, Meatball sub, and a kids ham and cheese. Everyone was happy. Kids meal came with a drink (juice), chips, sandwich, and some M&Ms. Staff was nice and didn’t mind our loud young children.
First time visit. We ordered the wicked wich with fries. Both were amazing. Bread was thin & fresh. I would go back simply for the fries. Not fried with oil, but air fried. Delicious!! Lemonade was perfect for our taste buds.4/25/2022Today was not a good day. Our wicked wich was made with stale bread. The usual sandwich makers I'm used to seeing were not on site. I'll have a name on next review.
Mike and Bryan are the best! They are always very kind and helpful when I come in. I go to Which Wich more than probably anyone else they see and they never get sick of me and my complicated order or 500 sides of pickles I ask for. Very clean store as well. Give them a raise!
Not the same. Haven't been in for a while. Won't be back anytime soon. Ordering has become more confusing. I always get the Reuben. Was an easy mark on the bag. Now...a card. After finding the "correct card", I mark "Reuben" and take the card to the cashier. Asked if I did it right. Without speaking a word, the cashier turns the card back to me, hands me a marker and points to a box referencing size and another referencing bread type. I tried to explain that a Reuben only comes in one size that I know of and is on rye bread which wasn't listed. She said I could write in rye if I wanted to. Mumbled something else and told me the total would be $13+ for a sandwich, chips and drink. Ridiculous price for what I got. Then, went to get a drink and found that the only options for sugar-free were unsweetened tea and Diet Pepsi. (There's a reason why Pepsi is cheaper to serve than Coke......it sucks.)Sandwich was ok but not even close to the portion size and quality of the past. Last thought....if a cashier can't be friendly, they shouldn't be allow to deal directly with the customer. Barely spoke, mask up to the bottom of the eyes and cap pulled down over the eyebrows. For all I know, she didn't even have eyes at all.
Wrong everything…..sorely disappointed. We order from your store a lot!! Pesto which I can’t eat was on my turkey sub, not to mention a sliver of Turkey…..the store was like a ghost town walked in no one up front at all waited upwards 5 minutes it wasn’t till I dropped my phone someone came out the back…..Will not go back!!!
First time Which Which and it was pretty good! I like that you mark on a paper the items you’d like and handing the paper to the cook. I know this is the usual at this place but it does help especially during Covid times when it’s sometimes difficult to understand what people are saying through a mask. I’ll definitely be coming back again!
I waited all day to eat here. I am new to the Which Wich fam and didn't understand how to order. The manager was rude from the start of the order. I shrugged and said ok let me see how this goes and continued with my order. I decided to ask for a refund when he and his staff started to talk over the food unmasked. I asked if they would mind not doing that and why they're not wearing a mask. He simply said we're vaccinated so... I might try another restaurant some day but for now I am turned off.
Not only were the majority of the people working there unmasked. But, one of the guys was coughing like crazy over the food. I'm not going back and I would recommend you not go there either.
Excellent fresh food, gteat service. Quick and efficient sandwich production. Attention to detail per order is excellent. Real 'neighborhood' feeling to the whole place
I ordered a basic ham and turkey cold cut and when i got back to work to eat my lunch i opened it and it was toasted and hot and completely disgusting. Waste of my time and money. Now i have nothing to eat for lunch and not enough to go somewhere else.
