We went here for breakfast on New Year's Eve 2021. It was a perfect experience. We came here today and the service was terrible. Once we got seated, we waited 10-15 minutes before a waitress came over to take our order. She went to other tables before us and they got there way after we did. The coffee had grounds in it, the grits were terrible and overly buttery/greasy/chunky. The lady behind us got food thrown on her and the waitress LAUGHED about it!!!!! I had to ask for part of my meal twice because she forgot about it. She only had 2 or 3 tables. She wasn't even busy. She DID NOT check on us, we had to ASK for silverware after she brought our food. We won't be back on a weekend day at this location. The workers did not act professional and were super "ghetto".
This spot is a new one, like any new spot, it takes a while for the staff to get it together. At the table you are good but waiting for pick up during the day can be busy. It was so crowded that people had to walk out due to being tired of waiting but overall, good customer service and clean new spot, just needs time to get adjusted.
16FEB22 Had the urge for a good ole WH meal. This is my first visit to this location. It's a really nice place!!!???? Clean and well kept. The service is FAST and FRIENDLY.???? And my food was cooked PERFECTLY!!!??
I called to place a To go order only to get a recording saying they can't take them over the phone. To come in and they would be happy to serve me. I get to the restaurant and there are 3 customers sitting and already eating.I place my order of pork chops and eggs scrambled with cheese, raisin, covered, chunked and capped. With extra apple butter. Later I asked that my hashbrowns be cooked lightly.The first mistake was he heated the ham, mushrooms and ONIONS and placed them on top of the cooked hashbrowns (instead of mixing them) then put the cheese on top. Note I said onions that were heated but did I mention onions when I placed the order? No, I did not and I wouldn't have since I am allergic to onions. That made it the second mistake. The third was placing the raisin toast on top of the hashbrowns making the toast inedible since it came into contact with the onions.
The food was fine but the waitress was horrible. She never came to see if we needed coffee didn't pay any attention to us she was on the phone the whole time.
Mixed girl, heavy set said it's to go only... this waffle house... that's nightly... all I said was "typical for here" and she started screeching obscenities... said her name was something unbelievable... maybe it was correct or not.Uploading her screaming at me to corporate now... might even sue for damages.
This might be a newly opened Waffle House but it runs Luke a well oiled machine. The food was sooooooooooo good! Stopped in for brunch with a few friends and what a great choice that was! Grits are soupy too! Yummy
Staff was extremely friendly and made sure we were happy and had everything we needed. We got seated right away and the food tasted wonderful as always. Excellent overall.

The ladies were awesome…. Restaurant was clean… no tables dirty….went to 2 others … tables were dirty and one workers were standing in front smoking…
