Idk the name of the manager that was on morning shift today 05/05/2022 but he was awesome. He was the only employee this morning sadly and had to call around for extra help but he handles my 3 orders at once very well. My food wasn’t over cooked and I didn’t have to ask for butter syrup or utensils. Everything was in the bag. Even though he needed additional he didn’t get irritated and was very respectful and well mannered. You guys need more people like him! I’ve never seen him there before. It usually when I come there people are rude, and food is over cooked. You can tell who really appreciates their job and who doesn’t. Kutos to you dude!
If I could give 0 stars I would! The treatment was ridiculous to say the least. We had to ask 4 times for a table to be wiped off for us to be able to sit down. Ask for help nicely and was told, “I get to you when I can”. Then they go take a break. The menus were sticky with syrup on them. Everyone is not meant to work in the hospitality industry. Everyone has a bad day sometimes, but this was too much. We will not waste money and come to this location again. I’ll gladly drive another 25 mins away to the other location for better treatment.
Tried calling don't answer say they are not taking orders over the phone. So I drive there to place an order to go. Get told due to staffing shortage they only offer dine in service. This makes no sense as you have to make me a meal either way. So I say okay I'll dine in just bring a box with my food. They cannot do that... smh...
It was cold outside,but warm inside. Delicious eggs,bacon,toast. Plenty of coffee. It's waffle House....need I say more??
The 2 young gentlemen were very nice and efficient. This is a fairly new place and I was pleasantly surprised by their great service.
The food was okay. The grits were watery. My steak was cooked to my liking.
Extremely dirty, they dropped a sausage on the table and put it back on the plate, took raw meat out of the freezer and were touching things without changing gloves, pulled plastic out of watery grits.
Food was good and plentiful. The waitress was very good
Waffle fell apart, grits were too watery, bacon not cooked crispy, as requested.
Waitress was great, but male employees were ,cursing and really rude, had to wait 25 minutes
