I ordered from wrong store, went to get it and she said I had to order. Had to get out of my car on a walker because they would not answer the phone did not even look for the order, told me they did not have it I will not go back to SHORT PUMP the one on Param Road is much better and the service is much nicer the lady at the cashier was very nice lady in charge was not, order was sitting right there.
Store was a bit dirty and drinks were not made properly as the taste was off on both drinks that I ordered
The night I went they were only able to make smoothies, no food items at all. And of the smoothies they were missing certain ingredients, like blueberries, making some smoothies require substitutions. I understand things can run out or supply chain issues can happen however losing the ability to make about half of your menu is too much. Saving grace for this location tonight: the staff was kind and patient as we solved the puzzle that was our order.

My friend and I weren’t even greeted when we walked in the door. The employees just stared at us awkwardly. Our smoothies were barely blended and our quesadillas were slapped together with little regard for presentation. There was also no side of salsa given with the Santa Fe chicken quesadillas. The edible strawberry straw was not given to us with the cranberry truffle smoothie and there were no napkins readily available. The employees also were not wearing hair nets NOR had their hair in a ponytail/pulled back….definitely a sanitary concern. Bad BAD vibes in there.

Stood in front of the counter for 10 minutes. Not even acknowledged by the staff. Terrible service
Chance had very good customer service when I came in, she was very nice and greeted me. I got the peanut butter cup smoothie and it was delicious.
Went in to get smoothie and lunch. The peraon behind the counter made my smoothie incorrectly, was bashing other customers in front of me. No one seemed happy to be there and no one respoded when I said thank you. No one offered a side to me that comes with a meal. That is the reason I didn't even bother asking to have my smoothie made correctly. Not a good experience.. I was the only customer in there at the time.
Went there the other day for a smoothie and a wrap. Did curbside pickup but they lost my order so had to wait for 3 different people to check my order on my phone before they made it. Smoothie came out fine but the Caesar wrap was missing the dressing.
