I frequent this location quite a bit, however, today I was a little disappointed. I ordered a mocha madness, so my coworker picked it up for me and it was the consistency of a soda with ice. When I called the store to make the complaint, their response was I’m sorry and the call was disconnected. Very disappointed in the product and the customer service.
If I could give 0 starts I would. The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in my life. The children they had in there played the entire time, had loud music playing from the back, openly argued about who was going to make my food & about the fact that they didn’t know how to make my quesadilla nor the 2 smoothies I ordered. I was served a quesadilla with no salsa on the side. I didn’t get a choice in my chips they just put sun chips in my bag. I will NEVER go back again.
Customer service is horrible. They all were on the phone, did not greet the customers AT ALL. My smoothie was horrible ( I got there at 10:45am) my smoothie- Dragon Fruit had so many chunks in it ( the young lady who made my smoothie had her phone in one hand while making my smoothie) she had to remake it Needless to say the second one was no better! They never call your name when your smoothie is done, they just put your cup on the counter and you have to look for your name… they had my name wrongIt’s Donna not Dana…..it was horrible! I had to throw my smoothie away couldn’t even drink it..No kind of customer serviceVery bad look
This place has terrible service, when you ask for more ice in you smoothy you are ignored, andyour smoothy is very loose (this is every time).I advise people to go to another tropical smoothy place, because I have never had this problem at any other tropical smoothy in or around Richmond, Virginia.I wanted my money back...
The best strawberry banana smoothie I've had in awhile . Will definitely be back , possibly apart of my daily routine ? . Staff seemed really cool
I swear this the most broke down TS in the city. Why did I get off the highway to get a Sunrise Sunset smoothie only to find out that they are not accepting cash.The only good that came out of this TS is yesterday I came and they were out of orange juice...so I sub for starfruit juice...NOW I wont have Sunrise Sunset any other way.Drove to VCU TS and it was not the same!!! Tasted like diet smoothie!Ahhh going back in the house now.
I usually get a smoothie that’s not on the menu anymore, but the lovely staff made it for me anyways! It was the best smoothie i’ve ever had!! I love this store, never have any complaints and the staff is always wonderful!!
this place has gone downhill . if i could rate this place a 0 i would but i can’t so i rate it a 1. within the last 6 months the management and staffing has been horrible. the smoothie staff do not clean the blender machine properly before making another smoothie and the smoothie tops have previous smoothie residue on them. the staff are young high schoolers so they don’t care about cleanliness and cross contamination. the smoothie staff are making the smoothies extremely sweet and aren’t measuring to the menu recipe on the tables. I hope that the owner could hire older staff that cater to proper cleanliness and not just working a job for the fun of it.
PAY ATTENTION TO CUSTOMERS ORDERS!!!!! Today I order a Caribbean Jerk Wrap and asked for no pineapple salsa and no romaine!!!! I told them I'm allergic to pineapple and lettuce. I get home 20 minutes away, took a bite of my food and immediately broke out in hives from Romaine lettuce. I should sue for the lack of training and these kids working for the company
Ive visited this location a lot over the years and I can only remember honest mistakes being made. This time I got a chipotle flatbread with no bacon but when I got home I got what looked to be 2 pieces of bread barely toasted with I don't even know what on them. This was a huge inconvenience as I had no food at the house and had to go back out after working a long shift. I sent in a complaint to corporate Monday night and wasn't until thur the franchise owner (not local mgmt) responded to my request. The owner did not even have a copy of my original complaint and after many texts the most they could do was send me an $8 gift certificate on an order that cost me $13. My time of leaving to get more food was never paid back.If I learned anything it's that being a loyal customer meant nothing to this place. I will not be visiting this location again.
