Second time visiting Tropical Smoothie Cafe and they hit a home run again! This is now one of my favorite spots to eat. I like how they make the food to order so you get it hot and fresh. I had the mango magic smoothie and it was phenomenal! To eat I had the supergreen caesar wrap! If you haven’t eaten here you must stop by and try them at any location!
Asked for a plastic bag and the woman told me they didn’t have them even though she had one in her hand. I kept asking and she kept talking over me eventually threatening and cussing at me to “take it outside”. I was just asking for a bag after making a puschase. Look at the cameras 12:40 June 12th 2020, and you will see her coming after me. What a trashy “manager”
I've never witnessed any employee (female employee) leaving the register unattended for over 20 minutes to assist with meal prep. This particular day, there were 3 employees working for what I could see. Guests were not acknowledged resulting in many individuals walking out. I finally decided to order online to place my order. I do not plan on visiting this location again based on the professionalism of the staff. For others, the smoothie was great (shout out to the male in the back who made the smoothies and came out to help in the front at one point) so please visit if you do not mind the wait.
I don’t even be writing reviews on the regular but it’s my birthday today and all they had to do was the bare minimum to make me happy. One of the employees literally looked at me (the only one waiting in line) and kept doing his thing while the other employee was talking on her phone and doing something very unimportant. I waiting in line for 6-7 mins before asking if anyone was going to help me. As a server and someone with many years in the food industry, do better.Blatant disregard
Super friendly service, even though they were slammed with lunchtime orders. My Beach Bum with Dark Chocolate was perfect!!
Ordered a Buffalo chicken wrap inside the store at 1:25pm took 30 min didn’t come out until 155 pm they lost my order apparently and had to re make it…
My wife and I live a little ways away and it still came very quickly. They also took the time to label both our orders which we greatly appreciated because our orders were very similar but my wife can’t have dairy. Food was correct and delicious. They knocked it out of the park, 5 stars!
Not sure why but this tropical smoothie doesn’t do the “add a smoothie for $4” deal when you get a meal. Might want to try a different one.
The service and food were good however the last 3 times I’ve been here the music is so over the top loud that both me and the cashier have to ask a few times what the other person has a saying. I noticed that the 2 people in front of me this time had the same issue.I swear I’m not 90 years old.
The staff are incredibly rude, slow, and incompetent. I have tried this place three times, and every time they messed up my order or forget something I ordered. One or both bathrooms have been "out of order" for months only because the staff are too lazy to clean them. Corporate should step in and make drastic changes to this place.
