I place an order food for delivery within their food app and was missing an entire sandwich. They have not been answering their phones. I've called several times.

Placed an order for delivery through their website. When I got my order items were missing. I tried calling the store to talk to someone about receiving my items, or a refund. Of course no answer even after multiple, and I mean multiple attempts...
Ordered food for pickup at 12:15 & didn’t receive a until 12:32 with the wrong order and missing items. The smoothie isn’t even good and they weren’t nice at all

This place is always busy they never have enough workers it’s irritating having to wait 15 20 mins just for a smoothie !!!! They need more workers or faster workers worst place to go for a lunch break!!!!
great location, great smoothies and great service. Can take a while if there's a big line inside or if your getting food without your smoothie. once dropped a smoothie here and they got me a new one, so they're alright in my book. Also, the picture on google isnt what the building looks like, if any non locals are confused.
I paid an extra $2 for chicken and one of my slices didn’t even have any !! Very disappointed and will not be going back !
the best sandwich ever. the best snoothie ever! The excellent attention ... the store is very clean and pleasant! google map can be confusing if you come from another state and do not know the city! recommended 1000000%
