You're wasting your money paying the girl at the counter when all she was doing was playing on her cell phone and having a chat with her friends at the side of the counter. It's not bad customer service, it's ZERO customer service. I left and so did my money. This was at 7:05p on Friday 4-22-22, if you even care to discipline your staff.Update: After reading further reviews from multiple months, this must be a money laundering scheme, because there is no way an ordinary business would still be operating with such horrible service over a long period of time.
Smoothies and food are good but why in the world would you have the bathroom closed and no seating. It’s got to be against code for a restaurant not to let customers use bathroom?!?!
It was not busy here when I arrived yesterday around 10ish I think. Service was friendly and helpful as I de idea which options would satisfy my thirst.
Did not know this location existed until today. Very friendly staff, and very clean inside. Staff all were very helpful and worked very well together. Great crew of people!They were very busy (it is spring break though) but were extremely helpful and my smoothie was great. My children were so excited once we discovered this location and after this experience (and their smoothies) we will be back again! ☺️
Have visited in the past, and was hesitant to give this location another chance.I'm glad I did.Have visited twice in the last week during the morning (weekdays) and have been thoroughly impressed with the quality of smoothies and especially the service.There is something special going on inside the walls of this location, and whatever they have done recently to improve is working. Keep it up!Will be frequenting more often, and spreading the word about this location!
These people working here care more about playing on their phones than actually taking and filling orders. 3 people working. None up front. Not sure what they are all doing in the back. 15 mins and they have disappeared. UPDATE: Scratch that. 4 people are working. They've now made multiple people's orders wrong. My blimey limey had no lime in it. My daughters was basically all banana. This owner better start working here or this place will be out of business soon. Pay close attention to the picture. The kid is sitting hiding from patrons behind the garbage can.
Order ahead online and it's a quick pick up. They're currently not an eat in location due to covid.

You’d think with 30 minutes of lead time through the app that I wouldn’t have to wait 5 minutes for my order to be finished. Also, COVID is staying. Figure out how to open your dining area.
I drive all over town for work so I visit many different Tropical Smoothies. This is by far one of the worst Tropical Smoothies that I go to this is probably my 5th time coming and every time things just don't taste like other ones as well as lack of customer service.This location still has all the tables put up as well as signs that you're not allowed to use the public restroom. My guess is this is in regards to the covid. There are many other Tropical Smoothies that are still allowing customers to use restrooms. My recommendation to this one would be figure out which direction you want to go because telling me I'm unable to use the bathroom because if covid is ridiculous when I walk through the door and I see none of your employees behind the desk wearing mask while drinking smoothies and prepping online orders. I will say that once I walked in all the staff Place The Mask over top of their face to appear that they've been following directions to whole time.In the past employees here have allowed me to use the restroom even with the sign being up. however today I was told to walk down to Firehouse Subs that they should let me use theirs. I kindly ask for a refund and will take my business to places that have better customer service. I know that many Tropical Smoothies are independently owned so I will do my research and provide feedback on other tropical smoothies at this owner operates out of.At the end of the day I will respect any decision an individual has in regards to covid however be all in or not at all because sending mixed signals to your customers it's just bad customer service.
