A friend of mine recommended this place as a great Mexican restaurant with a BBQ spin. I decided to stop by today and ordered a fish and shrimp taco with rice and beans. The food was delicious! Great seasoning, the green and red salsa was delicious and I loved how they warmed the corn tortilla so it was a little crunchy but still soft. 5 stars out of 5 stars. And the hostess was very friendly and helpful. I'll be coming back to try the bbq meats with my family next time. Can't wait to try more of the food here!
Me and my girlfriend were walking around trying to pick a spot and I’ve always wanted to try there, so finally we did. At first the owner came up and explained about her food and how she got started, we decided to try the rib tips and steak tacos! First the food was honestly incredible, and the portions were HUGE. I immediately texted and told some of my friends and family how great the whole experience was
(review from a month ago) after leaving a restaurant that took forever to serve us, we came upon this food truck, and boy! am i glad i stumbled across this gem! i had been craving tacos for a while now, and nothing really hit.the woman who owns and cooks the food approached us, and she was so sweet! we waited about 15 minutes, and our food was done and i fell in love with these tacos. it's like if your grandma made you some food for only you. definitely a 10/10!
I love this taco truck! The food is amazing and the service is always great. To top it all off, the owner is one of the most genuine, kind-hearted souls I have ever met. I used to eat here frequently before they moved locations, but I moved out of the city a couple years ago and haven’t come back since, until today. Even after over two years, the owner recognized me and remembered me by name. This is truly a one of a kind place where the food is made with love and passion. Highly recommend!
Amazing! Just absolutely amazing! If you are looking for someplace to eat in Richmond, this should be your first stop! First of all, the woman who helped us was the sweetest lady ever, you could tell that she cared about her customers and the food. We went on a colder, windy day and she set up a heater under a tent for us and put up wind blockers. When the food came, I felt like I was in heaven! Everything was so flavorful and delicious. I had a chorizo and potato taco while my boyfriend had a steak taco. I couldn't get enough and seriously contemplated buying more so I could take it home for later. We both agreed that these were the best tacos we have ever had. I can't wait till I'm in Richmond again so I can have some more. Thank you so so much!!!!!
Was walking down the street when a man on a bike clearly picked up that my fiance and I were trying to find a place to eat. He recommended this place, and boy were we glad to find it. Such a lovely spot on a beautiful day. The food was incredible, and the woman who runs the place AND cooks poured so much love into the meal. We chatted with her a bit as well, and she is so sweet. Can't wait to come back!

The food was great and the owner was so kind. It was freezing cold outside and she offered us some delicious soup while we waited for our tacos!
OMG i went today and miss adriana is the best! We absolutely LOVED our food i really recommend this place! Bbq ribs on point!
Tl;dr: This is a place that I think to myself, "I want some lunch." It's fast and great service. Food is just great and gigantic portions. Owner is awesome and a great cook.Don't listen to the bad reviews, she's only human so she'll make mistakes here and there. She's such a kind soul that's just modest and deserves all the business!When I just want good food that gives off comforting vibes, I come here for lunch. I'm welcomed and cared for because the owner is a gigantic sweetheart along with the awesome staff.Don't sleep on the food though. I always get the burritos, specifically the shrimp burrito, and it's just out of this world. Huge proportions, lots of shrimp, and just tasty. They have so many other good items that you just have to try it all. Give this place a try and you have yourself a lunch spot.
