First time here. This was a perfect experience fromStart to finish. Brandon was our waiter and you can tell that we weren’t just another customer. When we were making our order he gave his suggestions and he didn’t lead us wrong. It was GREAT. Perfect flavors, perfect sauces, perfect temperature of food. I travel a lot and Things can start tasting the same but this was a whole experience! Even the food speaks for itself. Awesome customer service pushed this review past 5 stars! I’ll definitely be coming back!!!!!

The food was really great, and the service was certainly up to par. Food was deliciously seasoned and the wait time was minimum. Kenneth the waiter/bartender was courteous really great, ensured our experience was phenomenal and I will definitely be returning. It always feels great to support a black owned establishment.
It’s only my 3rd time visiting tipsy crab but my service has been amazing every time. The tipsy fries are the best! In addition to the food, Kenny and Reese keep me and my friends coming back. They are true examples of excellent customer service. They definitely deserve 5 stars!!!
Th one downside I’ll say is that it’s hard to fit into a budget, however it’s worth your time (and money) to do so! The food is well worth the price, the staff are polite, there was a small wait time for the food, good portion sizes, and the food has just enough heat to make things enjoyable (if ketchup is spicy I’d stick with the fries). Overall a wonderful experience, would highly recommend!

This place is absolutely amazing. Best seafood restaurant in Richmond Virginia hands down. I ordered the crab cake basket with tipsy crab fries it was absolutely divine. My husband ordered the Love is Love tipsy Hot, I mean what more can I say, absolutely delicious. The service was outstanding. Our server Kenneth was well versed on the drinks and food. He was very polite and had us laughing from beginning to end. Great atmosphere definitely coming back.
Fantastic food and service. This is our favorite place to go when we go out to eat. The sweet and tipsy poboy and crabby fries are our go to.
