Mike Josh and Adam are the best and the rest of the staff is second to none!
Really really nice people! Placed order online on Sunday afternoon. Called to ask them to put the bread, lettuce tomato and onions on the side of the blackened chicken that we ordered, they said that they did not see the order come through yet, so we called back later to confirm that the online order came through, they still did not see our order, so they took our order. When we arrived to pickup the order, they informed us that the online order came through and they put our bread and toppings on the side. Myself and our daughters enjoyed the blackened chicken and chicken fingers. My wife had a tummy ache after eating the cheeseburger and chips. I thought the bread or bun that comes with the blackened chicken sandwich was hard or tough. We did not really like the potato salad, French fries and the coleslaw. Seemed like there was some seating outside, few people were outside eating and or waiting. Lot of people were inside and was a bit loud inside when we came in to pickup our food.
Went for brunch on Sunday and it was amazing! Service was relatively quick for how many people were there and the French toast was perfect. Ordered the Greg’s big breakfast and was very happy with the portion for the price and taste. Will definitely be returning to try lunch and dinner
My husband had great things to say so I gave it a chance, even with food allergies. I figured I would be safe with a salad, no croutons. I was wrong. The kitchen definitely didn't heed the order for gluten free and I got croutons hidden. I have spent a full day ill with the effects. The server was so kind and did comp it, but the fact that something so simple as no croutons was not applied is just so sad. 3 stars for a kind server otherwise it would have been 1 star.
The first thing I noticed when I walked in was a giant bartender sharpening his switch blade while simultaneously making Green Teas. Then a beautiful young blue haired woman who apparently worked there shouted at “in or out baby make your choice!” I sat down at the bar and that’s when the fear really set in. Before I knew it I was taking shots with degenerates and learning about Crypto. I’ll never be the same. Also, best hummus plate in the city.
My family and I were visiting from Bel-Aire California For starters the restroom wasn’t up to par. So much urine on the toliet seats. Spiders in the bathroom at the point that was our que to go but hey you can’t judge a book by it’s cover. Our server wasn’t very attentive. The food was eh.. food overcrowded the plates so i couldn’t enjoy my pancakes instead the were full of spices and all i could taste was spicy syrup. My husband food wasn’t great either and he wasn’t very pleased also. My coffee mug had a piece of broken glass. .Didn’t enjoy this experience at all so sad we spent $50 on this service. I wouldn’t recommend this place as a family restaurant. I hate to post this but i don’t want a family wasting their money like we sadly did ours. God bless
It’s definitely a dive restaurant. It doesn’t look like much on the inside our outside. But it has some good food! There was only one waitress, who was also bartending and hosting as well. I must admit she was holding it down.We ordered supreme nachos, BLT, Caesar salads, and bacon cheeseburger with onion rings. They aren’t skimpy with their food that’s for sure. Nachos are definitely enough to feed a table! The only complaint I have is the amount of time it took our appetizers to come out. The price for the food is amazing. Oh & great music for us to come in around lunch time on a week day.The cheeseburger was well seasoned. Tasted homemade or fresh.
Great music!!! Small place and vibe reminds me of dive bars in Oklahoma, but busier. Pretty good sized menu, great food! Good service, and friendly atmosphere! Want to bring hubby back with me.
My personal favorite divey style bar in The Fan. I had to stumble upon this one, being new here I literally stumbled upon it and had no idea what it was called... The smokers outside welcomed me in and I was sold.Nothing better than a friendly smoking section in a bar.
We always head to sidewalk café after attending VCU basketball games.. We are starving. The food is great and the beer is ice cold. We love the Ruben and the club sandwich is huge. The staff is super friendly. This looks like a place where “everyone knows your [email protected]! No wonder it’s crowded.??
