Excellent service, nice bar, tasty house red blend. Small menu, but nice selection. Both of our entrees - pork loin and steak were flavorful, as well as the clam appetizer. The cornbread was not to my liking, but probably good for those that prefer a more savory cornbread. Our server (I can't remember his name, I think it started w/an E), was fantastic. Overall lovely dining experience. Reservations highly suggested for weekends as it is a rather small space.

This is my favorite restaurant in Richmond. Everything on the menu is 10/10. I always tell people that the Roosevelt is the best. Also, the setting is small and intimate. The price may be a tad high but everything is worth it. I called and told them it was my anniversary and they put in extra effort and gave us a window table. They also moved the other tables farther away. Thank you Roosevelt!

Tonight was my second time going to The Roosevelt and I have to say it’s my new favorite restaurant. We did not have reservations but were able to find seats at the bar. Our bartender was Zach and the other bartender was Jackie. Both of them are ABSOLUTELY fantastic. Personable, attentive, and knowledgeable. I can’t say enough good things about both of them. On top of the amazing service the food is amazing. We only got appetizer but every appetizer we got was phenomenal. We got adventurous per the recommendation of Zach and tried the frog legs. So so good. The atmosphere in this place is great. The food is excellent and the service is top notch. My husband said it’s his new favorite place and wished we lived closer. I’m only thankful we don’t because I’d be broke eventually lol. But y’all…you need to go here!

Food and service was superb! Highly recommend.

Delicious food. Amazing drinks and wine selection. Great service.

The service was great,, it has a neat atmosphere and most importantly.....The Chicken and the Double cheese burger were both amazing!!

We took our daughter to the Roosevelt for dinner. The food was fabulous. The atmosphere was cozy and relaxing. Our waiter Troy was wonderful. Great experience.

What an exquisite meal!! The complexity of the dishes are wonderful! The nuances of flavors impeccable! I will return the next time I am in Richmond!

What a chef! Never thought I would see such creativity expressed in simple zucchini pancakes, but the flavors were solid. Our mains were also equally great and we found a really wonderful Virginia Chardonnay. Service was as good as the food. Prices were reasonable and the vibe was relaxed.

The restaurant is so cute. You may need to drive a bit to find street parking. The entrance is wheelchair accessible with a ramp. The small dining room gives this restaurant and intimate vibe. We tried the half roast chicken, seared halibut, cornbread, and wine. All were delicious. The potatoes were similar across the two entrees. The portions were appropriate with no leftovers. Service was fairly efficient. Servers wore masks. They also had a cute bar for those who want a bar setting.
