There’s certain items on the menu that are a must as many choices there is and the Monte Cristo for Brunch is it!!! Cereal crusted French toast breakfast sandwich ???Another menu item is their crab dip, oh my! ?I usually like to eat in but today I got it today and it was just as good. I threw it in the air fryer to crisp it up a bit!

I've been to Cheesecake Factory many times over the years, and this time it was for my birthday celebration. They were very accommodating. I made a reservation online because they always have a wait ( this was super convenient), so I wanted to get ahead of that. I walked in 20 mins early and they sat me immediately. Our server was on point, he made sure we had everything we need, hot, fresh pumpernickel bread, butter, full glasses of lemonade. Everything.when our food came out everything was just right. I ordered the miso salmon with mashed potatoes, and steamed green beans. It was cooked perfectly, I had no complaints.Last but not least, the main event.... Cheesecake to go... whew... this was what I was waiting for all night. Normally I get the vanilla bean because it's light and delicious but they talked me into trying something new. I went with the Caramel Pecan Turtle Cheesecake. While this was absolutely yummy... it doesn't beat my vanilla bean. I still recommend it, but try the vanilla bean first,

Sat in the self-seating area and made use of the happy hour appetizer special and just had a great time! Our server was really friendly and witty and just great to talk to! Ordered dinner (broccoli chicken pasta which was just OK) and cheesecake to go ans we had plenty of leftovers for lunch and dessert the next day!

This was my second time eating at The Cheesecake Factory. I was very disappointed. The silverware was dirty, as were the cups. We requested multiple times for new items but never really got anything that was completely clean. One thing I can say is that the waitress was very patient with my table. She had no idea that I was reviewing the restaurant and she still went out of her way to correct the mistakes made by others. My group ordered several dishes. My order was the miso salmon with brown rice. I'm not sure that I got brown rice even though the waitress said it was brown rice. It just looked like white rice slightly covered with miso sauce but maybe I'm wrong. Regardless, the meal was delicious. This was probably the biggest cut of salmon I've ever received at a restaurant. It was well-cooked, well-seasoned, and well worth the price. We also ordered an impossible burger, a regular burger, and a meal with mushrooms and steak, shrimp tempura, and mashed potatoes. Everyone was mostly satisfied with their meal.Ultimately, the lack of cleanliness with the dishes made all of us feel slightly dirty when we left the restaurant. We could feel crumbs and things on the outside of the cups. The plates had greasy stains on them. I couldn't capture them with my camera, but we could see them with our eyes. My silverware had food particles on it both times that I requested new ones. Finally, the women's bathroom was having some issues. The floor of the bathroom was flooded on one side, making it very difficult to use all but one of the stalls. In addition, the lighting was so dark that you couldn't see the water on the floors until you were nearly standing in it. I appreciate mood lighting, but this could have led to a dangerous situation in this case. I had to use my phone's flashlight just to see everything clearly in the bathroom.I'm sad to say that this restaurant is no longer a place I want to visit in person. I might order some salmon to go, if that's an option, but I don't plan to visit again for quite some time. We didn't even stay for dessert because we were all so frustrated with the lack of cleanliness at this restaurant. I'm irritated because I have to drive nearly an hour to get there. The least I expect is clean dining ware.I still want to say thank you to my waitress. You were amazing despite the issues. I showed my appreciation there and I'll show it again here. Great job! ??

We walked in at opening. Found the table still covered in food from the night before and the glass divider between the two booths was also very filthy. We desiding if we would stay or not and inspected the silverware and plates, which were clean. We request a damp towel and cleaned the table ourselves. The food came out o. Clean plates and was rather good. It is worth a try but be careful as cleanliness is not their strong point. If I get sick I will update my post.

Horrible, noodles look like came out pack. I forgot why I stopped coming, Cheesecake was everything pineapple upside down. $83.... drinks watery. Took home cooked it more.

Went on a Sunday for brunch, it was just 2 of us so we didn't have to wait long. Great service, the food not so great, ordered green salsa chilaquiles, not very good, of course I've tasted the real dish so this doesn't compare, the waffle was good.

Cheesecake is consistent no matter what city you visit one in. Manager on duty was eager to dismiss us as they were busy in the moment. Was told an hour and a half wait for dinner and should probably try other places in the mall area. We choose to wait anyway and it might have been 15 minutes! Glad we stayed, had fun, a good meal and a nice server...

Had a great night with my daughters and the service was very professional. Dion was our server and she was a rock star! The food portions were huge and the stuffed mushrooms were absolutely the bomb.com! Great Weather, Great Food, Great Service, and Great Taste!

We celebrated our anniversary tonight. It’s our first time either one of us had been to The Cheesecake Factory. It was delicious. We got an avocado egg roll appetizer, a few drinks, shrimp scampi, steak diane, hibachi steak, and strawberry cheesecake. It was all absolutely delicious. When we walked in there were so many people and were told the wait would be 1.5 hours. We decided to stay because we aren’t from that area and figured it would be a wait anywhere on a Friday evening. We only waited 30 minutes. I noticed they were hustling with the to-go orders while we waited. I would like to come back because they have such a large menu. Our server was Simon and he was a wonderful server. He asked questions and spoke to us like he genuinely cared. He kept checking on us and letting us know the status of our drinks and food which was nice because we didn’t feel forgotten. He checked on us the perfect amount of times, just enough to show he cares but not too much where it was annoying. You’re lucky to have a server like him. Thanks for providing us with a great evening.
