The customer service at this TGI Fridays store was above and beyond excellent. There was a mix-up with an online order I placed for delivery while staying at a nearby hotel. The manager, Marcos, bent over backwards to address my concerns and immediately rectify the situation. And, in order to ensure my satisfaction, Marcos took it upon himself to go the extra mile and personally deliver my order himself. I can't thank Marcos and his staff enough!! I highly recommend this TGI Fridays restaurant and will consider it my go-to place whenever I'm in Richmond!!
Waitress was great and went out of her way to make sure our drinks were as close to what we wanted as possible. Only issue I have was that the blender wasn't working to make frozen drinks but we were offered crushed ice in our drinks which turned out to be just as delicious. Food was great as well. I would definitely recommend this location to my family and friends. Whenever I visit a TGI Fridays it will definitely be this location.
First, Meghan was an awesome waitress very attentive and lively, second, the happy hour deals are a real plus, and third, the food is good but getting too pricey-especially the chicken tortellini alfredo. Chili cheese burger was good but not flavorful enough in my opinion.Good place though the other offerings are usually good.
PLEASE READ THE REVIEWS before visiting this TGIF!! Today 4/1/22 visited TGIF ON 7023 W Broad St. VERY DISAPPOINTED. I’ve been to several TGIF with family and with Co-Workers and today was the absolutely the worst. No ice cold cups for the beer. It took the waiter for us to ask him for a drink that I ordered 30 Minutes earlier. When the food arrived….what a disappointment. It was 7PM and the 6 ounce sirloin looked burned, hard and small. When I asked for the manager he (Mr. Marcos) came over and had every excuse on why the steak was hard, small and burned. Refused to get us another (Medium Well Done). He said we would have to pay for another plate. He was very unprofessional. I absolutely had to ask him to leave the table, because what was coming out his mouth was already upsetting me. You have been warned. I have never complained about a restaurant and this was a experience I will never forget.
The service was wonderful the food was great and also there was no wait time to be seated
Poor service. We came in for a drink and a dessert. The dessert was pre-made and should not have taken long to bring out as it was NOT busy in the slightest. It took 20 minutes for my drink. Our dessert was brought to the table next to ours after a total of 40 minutes, the customers sitting there took them as they were friends with the staff and assumed it was just a free treat. About 10 minutes later, we got our order. Ridiculous
My hubzi and I were looking for an awesome restaurant to eat dinner and have some us time so TGI Fridays was the perfect spot from the entrance to the tables was superb and oh my gosh the food was right on
We just had to walk out of Fridays because when my mother and I stated that our drink had no flavor the kitchen manager came out and tried to tell us the ABC laws without addressing our concerns. What he doesn’t realize is that as we walked out 2 patrons advised that they recorded the incident and I am going to use that video to show how he behaves when a customer has an issue with the quality of something that they are paying to consume. He refused to leave our table, never offered to have the drink remade and insisted that the recipe card was used so since we ordered the drink that was some type of restaurant Marshall Law.
