My family of three recently went to this TGIFridays location. We walked in and there was a family of 4 in front of us, who got seated immediately. When it was our turn to be seated we were told there would be a 20-30minute wait. The restaurant was empty, 1 other table was occupied and 2 people at the bar. We decided to leave, as we were leaving a large group arrived and were seated immediately. Will never return to this location
Overall it was a good experience. The service was OK but the food was delicious. We went there for a late lunch so it wasn't packed. The only thing that stopped me from giving them 5 stars was the amount of time it took the bartenders to acknowledge our presence and ask what we wanted to drink. There were two of them working behind the bar but they didn't seem to be very motivated.
I just left this location with my wife. This is a location that we have liked to frequent in the past, but today was a terrible experience. We sat at a table for 20 minutes without being greeted, I had to go get the host and ask if anyone was going to come to our table. When someone finally comes he takes our drink and food order at the same time and does not return. 30 minutes later he comes back to the table with our food. WE STILL DONT HAVE OUR DRINKS. The food was dry as if it had been sitting and the window and my wife also noticed the drinks sitting at the bar waiting to be picked up. I ask to speak to the manager and he apologizes and gets someone else to bring our drinks. When we get the bill I noticed that we were still being charged full price for basically nothing and I proceed to ask the server would he pay for this if it was him, he says "no” then proceeds to just bring us change as if everything was okay when the right thing to do would be to get the manager and tell him we were still dissatisfied. I will never visit this location again.
Food was good it took a good while for the food to come out. It was NOT packed in ThereBut our Waitress ( Tory or Tori )Was AWESOME. and right on point there was 7 of Us that night and she made Our visit very PleasantAnd Will be back hopefully She will be our Waitress again
Went here last night and I ordered the bucket of bones meal which was 1/2 slab of ribs and about 12 wings. I also ordered the ultimate berry mojito which was really good. And the service was good as well. The overall restaurant was clean and quiet.
Never again. Horrible service. Brought our orfer out, incorrect, twice in a row.Over an hour before we could eat. When the order was made as specified, it was incredibly overcooked.Seriously unimpressed. Should have gone to McDonald's and gotten better food and service.Tip? Hahaha!!!!
Arrived at 9:45 PM. 60-70% of the tables were open ranging in size from 2 to a dozen or more. We were told we could not be seated for 45 minutes. The host offered no explanation.
I have not been to the TGI Friday's on Laburnum Ave in Richmond, VA in years. Nothing has changed. I only went there a week or two ago because my friends wanted go. I will not go back. Every time I go there are nets flying around. I don't understand having nets in the winter time. It was not just one but three nets. The first time it happen o me years ago I left before I ordered my food. When i went a couple of weeks ago the nets did not come around until my friends and I were in the middle of our meal. The owner needs to invest in a good company that can provide pest control and a professional cleaning crew. I wonder are the nets living in the vents.I like Friday's but I just cannot patronize the Friday's on Laburnum Avenue any more. It is a shame because it is in a location near me and the employees are very nice.
Unfortunately this the closest Fridays to order from. I always order around lunch time when the aren't busy AT ALL. I arrive 5-10 minutes after my order is scheduled to be ready for pick up. Yet I still wait in my car for another 10 minutes. No one comes outside. Then when I end up going instead. I have to wait another 10 minutes at least for my order to come out. No apologies for the wait or anything. Thats if they acknowledge you standing up front. It completely defeats the purpose of ordering ahead. I will not be ordering from this Friday's again.
Worst service ever. We should have walked out but were trying to be nice and not Karen's. Out of almost every thing we asked for then they were so slow bringing the drinks and food it was ridiculous. We were afraid to ask for refills on the drinks.. The ladies working the bar had their kids sitting across from the bar in a booth.. very unprofessional management cursing as they come out of the bathroom into the kitchen while everyone could hear. I will NEVER support this place again.
