Great service and the food is always great
The smothered chicken with onions, mushrooms and cream gravy wasn’t good at all. Mushrooms was burnt just didn’t taste the same at all. Lynchburg, Va Texas Roadhouse is awesome the smothered chicken there is delicious. My mashed potatoes was cold. My grandsons macaroni and cheese came out of a box ( Kraft). Not a pleasant experience at all. And the music was extremely loud had to yell what you wanted.
The Draft Beer is 32° and in a Frosted Mug is Heavenly! Service is next to none! Amanda is an amazing young lady and Bartender/Server! Great food! Can't brag this place up enough. I just cashed in on my Veterans Day Meal. They even have parking spaces marked for Veterans!
Good steaks, but had some cold fries. Not too bad overall. Good service
Delicious steak and loaded baked potato. They are quick with making food and make it exactly or very very close to your order. Place is very clean and sanitized. Texas roadhouse exceeds expectations. 11/10 definitely recommend.
Lovely customer service from Jay! Food was VERY delicious. Jay even gave us extra rolls, and replaced drinks without us having to ask!
This was the worst experience my family and I had at Texas roadhouse. Friday night we decided to treat my son to his favorite restaurant and from the start I knew it was not going to be a great evening. The bath rooms were filthy and had no paper towels. An employee saw me air drying my hands and said he would get someone right on it to stock the bathroom which by the way never happened. We all know that we are still in a pandemic and restaurants are short of workers so that is not the issue here. We expected to have to wait a little longer but what we did not expect is how nasty the restaurant would be. The plates were dirty, the server didn’t bring us bread which we asked for twice, he really forgot about us and the table next to us. We asked for a knife for our steak and he also forgot that. That’s not even the worst that happened. My 12 year old son had a BUG in his DRINK.
Did not want to even visit this one because anything across the water just isn’t for me. The worst server I’ve ever had. We were celebrating our sons 10th Birthday and our server had no intentions of doing the whole birthday celebration that they do and my son was looking forward to it. Our sever never asked how our food was and we had to tell him that our food wasn’t properly cooked. He didn’t ask if we wanted dessert or our check and just put the check on the table and took forever to close out our check. We were just sitting there watching him go back and forth to the same table and not acknowledging us at all as if we weren’t even there. Not sad at all that he missed out on a very good tip because I to was a server before and make sure I do my part to tip well. I will never visit this location again and continue to visit The brook road location as their service is on point all the time. Our sever just seemed to be going through the motions and just getting our table out of the way. I don’t even think he told us his name because I would have given him a shout out.
Food was absolutely amazing as well as the service! Steaks were cooked to perfection!!!
Food is almost always on point. Travels up to 20 minutes well. Wait for food can be extensive but I expect nothing less during the COVID constraints
