I just want to say thank you to Texas Roadhouse on Koger Center Rd for accommodating our large party yesterday after our daughters graduation! When I called yesterday morning to make sure everything was good, the young lady that answered the phone was very helpful and confirmed we were still good for our visit. When we got there, the wait time was very short and the waitresses were very accommodating and were amazing! Thank you for a great experience and allowing our families to have the chance to come together and could enjoy great food, fun and fellowship before getting on the road to head back home! When I am back in the area I will definitely come visit this location again!!!
I can honestly say that it was the best experience I’ve had with customer service in a very long time. Sophia greeted me within minutes of me being seated, she was friendly, genuine, pleasant to speak to, and always smiling. Other than my order, I never had to ask for anything, it was already taken care of. Even at the end of the meal when I asked for a to go box, I mentioned I was going to take leftover bread rolls, and she got a fresh set for me to take home. I look forward to my next visit.
Pleasant late lunch early dinner as were on the way to Costco right around the corner. Seated immediately it was about 1:45 so the lunch crowd was gone. Got a great perfectly cooked steak salad & baked potato. Plus the warm rolls with honey butter! Server was friendly and prompt. I do wish the baked potato had been hot -it was just lukewarm but other than that everything was great! Great linner!
I regret continuing to give this place a chance after being disappointed a 3rd time over a few months today, which will most likely be my last visit. Today I ordered the sirloin medium, however when it arrived to me, it looked juicy but was well done when I cut into it and the exterior was burnt. I sent it back after the bartender agreed it was well done. Then, after waiting more, I was brought a smaller sized, dry steak that was cooked more well towards the outside, lacked flavor, and only had a hint of pink towards the end of it. Though the service I received was friendly and apologetic, the steak was still not up to par and this follows a very burnt well done ny strip that was ordered medium my visit before in January following an overly salted sirloin the visit before in November. I feel like I wasted my money and time here, but paid full price plus tip for food I didn't enjoy because it wasn't prepared as requested and after it was remade. The rolls were also burnt this visit.
Update: I received an email from Guest Relations(Kelsie) on March 10, 2022 asking about my experience and to send pictures. I did everything that I was asked and do you know that I haven't heard anything back from them lol! Today is 3/24/22. You heard of the saying " Like father, like son!" Well that saying is the perfect example for this company. How on earth does someone in a higher position reach out to me and then leave me hanging with no answers or acknowledgement of wrong doing?I have so much to say! Gross experience to say the least! The cloth napkins that held our utensils were full of hair. The appetizer plate literally had old food stuck all around the sides of it, made me sick to my stomach. When our food came out, my husband had old food stuck to his dinner plate. We immediately ask for a to-go box so that we could pay and go as quickly as possible. The waitress was nice and we did tip her(as we always tip) she was not to blame for the nastiness! She said she would advise the manager, as she saw everything that we pointed out. But the server never asked if we wanted new plates, new napkins or anything,she brushed it off. We spent a total of $104 and couldn't eat our meals due to the unsafe food. Covid-19 is still going around and you would think restaurants would be extra sanitary because of it! Restaurants should be clean regardless and this was extremely unethical, unacceptable and down right disgusting! Management should retrain the back of the house. Soak the dishes if needed before putting them in the dishwasher! This will ensure that guest are eating on clean plates and utensils. Order new napkins, they are well overdue! Hair nets should be worn to prevent hair going everywhere. I will never go back to this location!
Good food, very friendly service, usually a waiting line but that's ok when it's for an enjoyable meal.
Party of 2 or 3 is usually us.Food, service, fun and good $$- all in one place!One of those restaurants that are pillars in the city you can trust for a good time any day of the week. Always has that one meal that is very fair in its price- if not to fair! That drives you back again n again because all they offer. Good job
Out of 4 people in my party, only one person liked their meal. My son's steak was burnt so badly he only ate about a third of it. Waited along time for food after ordering. Staff was nice. Location is convenient.
