Tried this place with my mother when she was in town visiting. Never going back! Took us 10 minutes to even see a waiter. There where perhaps 3 take put orders on the counter and no one else in the place.Finally ordered and then 10 minutes later we had to ask the hostess to get us the water we asked for! My food was pretty good but my mom's order was right. By that I mean she ordered carna asada and got a chicken dish! We ate because we where hungry but save your time a and go somewhere else.
I only went back here to get some torrejas, they were awful and expensive. On fb they said order in advance but they don’t set your order aside even if you call so what’s the point. I ordered some pupusas, I was told they were going to be ready in 35 minutes since I am familiar with the slow service I went there after an hour and I still waited 45 minutes for a total of 1.45 just for 10 pupusas. Also the ladies that work there just walk around hiding instead of telling people the truth about how long the food is going to take. Maybe you need to hire more cooks or better ones. Torrejas were dry and hard , $7 the order of two just ridiculous
Ordered online tonight. They said 20 minutes. Knowing how slow they are I showed up an hour later. Still had to wait 20 minutes. Hardly anyone here.
Two stars it's only because the food is good.... the big problem I think is the service.. I placed an order and I was told it was going to be ready in 25 minutes.. It's been 1 hour and 10 minutes and I'm still waiting...
So I came here about 6 o’clock and ordered 7 tacos it took them 1hour and 35 as I watched them take other orders that walked in and some that sat down and they got there food before me initially I was told just 25 mins but almost 1hour and half later still no food and not even a simple apology and the food was not even all that just mediocre at best don’t wast your time coming here until you hours hours to wait and this was what I got smgdh??♀️?

It was ok, service was ok and food just not what I expected the says one thing but they bring you something different, not all plates so they Need to fix that I was mad about but oh well they didn't care..
Drove down the wrong street and saw this sign that said Central American food. When we got in noticed it’s a cute little place. It’s a family run authentic Guatemalan restaurant. The food was absolutely amazing. Portion sizes were great and for the price perfect. I should have ordered food to go for dinner. Cannot wait to return again soon.
The truth is that lately the attention is terrible, you have to order 4 hours before the order comes out, it is a long time to wait and the staff is very heavy, that's why I rate it with a star
