Switch is always cool and has great themes! Our bartender Summer customized a drink for me that was amazing and she was really nice. A great weekend spot!

The Willy Wonka theme is amazing!!! Staff very friendly and knowledgeable. However, don't order food here. It's a no go!!! I would have given 5 stars but the food is seriously lacking. They were nice about taking the food off our bill. I will come back for drinks only and of course the themes.

Great drinks, great music. My new bar ? Love the art...Willy Wonka... the food is a no go eat elsewhere pls. Waitress and Bartender is awesome!!! Nonono to food ?

Such cute atmosphere!! I didn’t even know it was Mario downstairs!! The drinks are really good and they have great happy hour deals!

This place was so cute and fun. The energy was great and I loved the Willy Wonka theme going on. Fun themed drinks — a good spot to stop!

I had a great time the first time we came here back in February, but last night was a major disappointment. The entire reason my friends and I came here was for the special themed cocktails. They were no longer serving them the the garnishes or decorations, and at 10:30 I was told by one of the bartenders they weren't serving those drinks at all "after a certain time". Luckily the other bartender overheard and offered to make it anyway but still no garnishes and it came in a plastic cup. I spent over $30 on two mediocre drinks. Why be a themed bar if you're not going to stick with the theme?? Very, very disappointed.

The atmosphere is Bangin!!!! DJ off the chain. Drinks are Great. The Hookah is Awesome.

Very disappointed in this. Arrived at 6pm, was told downstairs (the Mario room) want open until 8. We couldn’t see that this information was anywhere online in advance. We decided to stay and do the Willy Wonka part. Decor was all right, but kind of felt old and like a kids theme park from the 1990s. Still, we were there for the drinks so we soldiered on. Red flags came up right away. I think maybe the bartender was new as she seemed frazzled, was unfamiliar with the drinks (meaning she couldn’t answer some basic questions) and had to use a guide to make them. One drink she had to call for another bartender because she wasn’t even sure what some of the ingredients were. Still - we are easy to please and we were okay. The drinks took FOREVER to finally get. Then, after sitting a while the 2nd bartender came over and said they couldn’t make one of our drinks because they were out of half and half. She said she could make it anyway and not charge us so we said fine. When the drinks finally did come, they were not complex and heavy on shtick. Lots of candy just thrown in the drink. I get it, we were at the Willy Wonka experience, but it felt cheap. We’ve been to several other pop up experiences that were much better than this one. Maybe a better bartender and more up front information would have helped. YMMV.

What a concept bar is like when no one knows the concept. Bartender had no clue how to make Wonka themed drinks, handed me a bubble gum martini sans bubble gum vodka, explaining “we’re out of it” - decor awesome, everything else fourth rate.

Would give zero stars if I could. Got there around 1030 on Thursday night. As soon as you walk in, you have to pay fee to get in. Nothing like that advertised on the website. But okay we paid. The first level for the wonka bar was completely closed down and empty. We go downstairs to the Mario part and it’s not too crowded. It’s not interactive. It’s just some paintings on the wall. We go to order some of the specialty drinks and bartender tells us they don’t make the cocktails after 9 pm.. according to website, it’s open to 2 am and the Mario bar starts at 8 and wonka at 5. Not sure if it was an off night or just a scam. Either way, would not return…
