I frequent this location often because it’s on my way to work. But lately 9/10 times it’s a disappointment. My last visit they only had skim milk and half and half. So not latte for me that day, as I don’t drink milk. Today they had oat milk. And I had been craving an iced orange mocha latte for days. Had it numerous times, it’s almost an ombré drink when made properly. What I was given was an iced orange latte with melted ice, which is weird cause I waited for the drink, I didn’t order ahead. I asked for more mocha and watched her add two drops of syrup because apparently they were running out of mocha syrup. Shocker. Did you just not feel like going to replenish the syrup or were you actually out? Which it would have been better to just say we’re out of stock. Management has work to do at this location, Sugar Shack is better than this.
Summary: Extremely friendly service and great food.Extended version: I have been having a really rough past few weeks, slipping in and out of a depressive episode. I genuinely want to say thank you to the staff at Sugar Shack & Luther Burger that worked today (06/05). This was my first time ordering at this restaurant and they were exceptionally patient as I browsed the different menu items listed. One woman (I am SO sorry I didn’t ask for your name - I usually do, I’m just in a weird funk) who took my order was very helpful and enjoyable to talk to as she explained a few things on the menu I had questions about. She had brunette hair, a great smile and a positive demeanor. So thank you! All of you were a bright shining star during these difficult times. I appreciate you!…also they had great food, lol.
Found this place on HAPPY COW. It has Donuts and Burgers and Pizza. The staff is great. We got a vegan burger and was convinced they gave us real meat until we looked up how they make their vegan meat. It is a wonderful burger and the donuts are great also.
Thought I'd give them another shot. Never been to this particular store though. Either they forgot an ingredient or the Oreo frapp is just cookies, ice and water. Weird and not good. Had another drink that was good but there was a big rubber band at the bottom. So that was a little gross too. Red velvet donut was pretty good. Best donut I've ever had from SS. I'm a little hesitant to return though.Kudos to the employees for being fast and friendly during rushes.

Immediately when you walk into the store, you are presented with the amazing smell of freshly cooked donuts, which just engulfs your senses. You are welcomed by an amazingly, helpful, polite, friendly, and inviting employees. They work quickly to get you your order. The coffee and donuts are like no other, staying fresh for a couple days, which is more than you can say for places like Dunkin or Crispy Cream. The options of donuts are incredible! Every different type of specialty donut you can think of, with mouthwatering, fresh ingredients. Their strawberry donut is my favorite, the icing is made with real strawberry's. If I could give them 10 stars I absolutely would! This place is exceptionally well ran, which is incredibly hard to find these days with food establishments. I LOVE this place.
Had to put 1 star but otherwise I'd give zero due to the staff working today. Did an online order a little after 9am for 2 cronuts, 3 apple fritters, and 4 donuts. The order was to be brought out to the car at 11am. Checked in and no order was brought out. Around 1120, went into the restaurant and the order hadnt even been packed yet. Since the order was created at 9ish, it did tell you what was out of stock. Because the order had not been packed when it was ordered or even before the pick up time, the majority of items that were ordered were no longer available. Instead, I received 4 donuts and 4 cronuts. 8 items. When I originally paid for 9 items. 3 of which were more expensive than what was given. To the 3 people who were working Oct 17th behind the counter, what is the point of online ordering if you arent willing to fulfill what the customer asks for??? You should be ashamed of yourselves. And to not provide a refund or at least make the order similar to what was paid for????? Out of fritters, the caramel apple filled donut, sour cream donut..... all of which was available IF YOU HAD MADE THE ORDER WHEN IT WAS CREATED AND FULFILLED IT PROPERLY. So disappointed in this service. You dropped the ball. You expect this behavior from a franchised fast food place where people are collecting a check instead of providing excellent service. I know people have rough days, but there were too many today and it could have been avoided.
I have ordered from Green Ghost twice and my order was canceled after waiting an hour because they said they weren’t taking any more orders. Order was placed at 5:20pm. I don’t think this has ever happened with any other Pizzeria so just make sure you call them after you order and make sure they are not going to cancel it.
Because the place SUCKS sweaty balls.
So unprofessional. Everytime you call they send you to voicemail. I don’t care how busy you are, it’s your job. Never had a restaurant turn down a paying customer. Would not recommend ??In response the the owner: I have no clue what you are even talking about ?? My family has called up there on multiple occasions and they send us to voicemail ! I have no idea about a frikin pregnant lady ?? That had nothing to do with what I said? It’s happened MORE THAN ONCE. Unprofessional like I said the first time. Sounds like excuses to me.
