Went here after my sons football game at 9:30. Location doesn’t close until 10 and the manager was very rude and unprofessional. They had everything packed up, when we mentioned they don’t close until 10 she said we lock up at 9:45 and that she doesn’t take any more orders after that time and the fact we wanted to order she rolled her eyes and kept saying saying, let’s go what do you want?! hurry up! Not a way to run business!
Don’t go here within two hours before they close unless you want to be bullied by what I’m assuming was the manager. She definitely did not like me and I just wanted to get my sandwich and leave. Absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had I think ever. I also couldn’t eat the sandwich because she put like… seven lines of Mayo- she gave me what I’d call a “creamy surprise”
If I could rate this place a 0 I would. Did an online order and waited probably 10 min before coming into the store. As soon as I came in a customer was telling an employee not to get an attitude. Red flag but ok. I ask this same employee if I could get my chips and drink since My order wasnt up yet. He said no you need to wait in line...I explained that I ordered online...again he told me to get in the long line. Kinda defeats the purpose for online order and In store pick up..Finally I get there, a guy that I perceive is the manager or shift manager asks for my order I said its the online ticket sitting over there. He apologizes and says go make your drinks and grab your chips it will be ready soon..I say him I tried to do this when I came but was told (by mr. attitude) to stand in line....manager looks confused and apologies again. Mr. Attitude continues to complain about how he comes to work early everyday and has been there since whatever hour. So now ive been there 20 min. They dont have the cookies I ordered. Manager was nice about it but at that point I'd rather take a bullet to the head than be there one more minute. Again the manager was nice didnt get his name but that rude, complaining employee needs to find another job if he has to act like that at work.
Monty was so professional and nice! Our subs were amazing! I came into this location really late and had a really large order. Monty took his time preparing it, but was still very fast. He even personalized each sub wrapper with our names, so there wouldn’t be any confusion. This guy is one of your star members!!!

Terrible . My mans working hard 2 gentlemen tonight and lady at the register is just out of it ??. Messed my order up and gave me the guys sub behind me . My mans running the show thank you for handling everything well tonight. Lady at the register gotta lay off that stuff .
