Try the matcha tea late. It is delicious.
The customer service is really spotty,. I placed a order and wasn’t once greeted. I asked did they have the pumpkin spice muffin available he said “No” so yea think I’ll try the downtown location instead.
Location is wrong. GPS brings you to wrong location. They did not update location when they build a new building. Location is on the other side of choped.
The address is wrong. The Starbucks is right next to the Chopt salad place. It’s not next to the Staples
The staff at the Starbucks is really nice and they make an excellent coffee. Even though the weight is usually pretty long, I think this is my favorite Starbucks in Richmond. Spouse disagrees.

I stop by Starbucks often & this location is either a hit or miss. I order the same thing every time(Venti iced matcha latte) & usually my drink is good… depending on who makes it that day.
Went to this location on my day off with my partner and these baristas are some of the most unfriendly and rudest people I’ve ever met. Like this chick with red hair and glasses straight up had an attitude when we rolled up to the box? Like I get it because I’m dealing with it too, but you’re at work so please remain professional. And then the girl who handed us our last drink had a snarky way about herself too, just throw the orders out the window next time and save us from interacting with your attitudes.
