Started off with excellent customer service and quality drinks, however now they seem to be more engaged with speed and not the quality of the product. It’s extremely disappointing. They really need to revamp branding here and focus on the giving the customer the full satisfaction experience.

Idk why Starbucks plays like their coffee isn’t expensive. If I pull through to get a grande one more time and my cup is only 2/3 full, I’m gonna lose my mind. This is absolutely ridiculous. Like i know you saw that you didn’t fill it up all the way and I know you felt how light it was. No ma’am. I didn’t pay $5 for 2/3 a cup of coffee. I paid for a full cup.
This is a new location, so I'm sure it's just growing pains and things will improve...but I've ordered my regular drink from here MANY times. And it's been ok a few times but most times tasted nothing like what I ordered. This last time it was perfect, so again, hopefully I can come back and add a star or 2 soon of the improvement is consistent.
I understand it’s new, but by now things should be in order. The line is long, extremely slow even when it’s not busy. It’s also the ONLY location that overprices my simple iced coffee and it doesn’t even get prepared right. I’ll stick to my girls at Publix until it calms down…
Sat in line for over 25 minutes in the drive thru, never even made it to the window to pay. Ended up just leaving. This was at 3PM on a Sunday. Insanely slow.
